Room 415 was my original room but it had a high pitched sound that was constant. I asked the front desk about it and they said it was a roof issue. I was moved to Room 311. The A/C unit made noise all night long. In the morning we noticed mold in the shower and bath area (ceiling). We left at 5 pm on July 13th after reserving lodging at another location. I have photos of the mold. I will be requesting a reimbursement.

The Staff was nice and polite, the complimentary breakfast was ok, But the room wasn't wery clean, the floor was sticky and i told the staff, they said it was do to the chemicals they use to clean it, my feet got stuck to the floor, the bed as uncomfortable and there was a high pitching sound that was wery irritating but nothing could be done about that because it came from the roof,

Handle/key card reader appeared ready to fall off the door. Room across had no handle at all with wires hanging out. Fridge in room made knocking sounds all night. Pool was under repairs. Not impressed at all would not stay here again

This location is a bit older, but, it was located close enough to downtown Boston and the Airport for our travel convenience. The nearby mall and restaurants were a plus, (I highly recommend eating at the Legal Seafood restaurant nearby). The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, and, our stay was pleasant. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both inoperable during our stay. This was a good location for an affordable rate.

I have stayed her a few times and rated 5 stars. This time is totally different. I stayed here many times for the Boston Marathon. I picked this hotel for the hot tub pool feature to loosen muscles prior to race and due to easy T access. Got here and they inform me pool/hot tub closed. Great! In years past, Hotel provided an early shuttle to T for marathoners-Not this year! No notification prior to stay or I would've switched hotels. Go to Business center to print info for our daily activities-Business center closed. Great! This is STILL listed on the hotel website as available amenities. We actually checked out a day earlier than our prepaid stay because we were so disappointed with this mess. Will pick somewhere else going forward. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Travelled with kids. Hotel is beside a factory that makes a noise day and night and a plastic smell in the air.. Rooms look overall old but clean. A ********* and smoke smell always on the hallways sign that smoke free not respected. Breakfast very basic but fills you up. A big disappointment was the pool closed with nothing to offer back from the management just chance to cancel with no penalties. Totally not right when arrive there after 10 hr drive without letting you know ahead of time that what you payed for cannot be offered. Overall, I’d say this hotel is not a 3 star as rated. I do not recommend this hotel if you plan to stay more than one night or if travel with kids.

The place smelled old and dirty in the room and hallways. We checked out within 5 minutes after arriving at 11 pm. The money I lost was not enough to overcome the disappointment and inconvenience of finding, going to another hotel.

The breakfast that was included was great, both days! Tons of food to choose from and it was different day to day. WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE that the pool and hot tub would be closed until February 28th when we booked. ******* had nothing about that on the website. We would not have booked the hotel had we known this before. Not happy about that!

The pool was closed which we had not been informed of and was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. While we were given the option to cancel our reservation, it was 7 at night, so it wasn't much of an option. The desk clerk was unbelievably rude about the situation - and condescending. My shower was cold the next morning and I was the only one who showed. The workout room and complimentary breakfast were good.

The heater in our room was so noisy that we were unable to sleep. Informed front desk attendant and man did not seem to care. We left at 4:30 a.m. because we were unable to sleep. We had also wanted to use pool and it was supposed to be available Feb. 1st, but as of Feb. 3rd, it was still not available. Very disappointed.

Traveled from out of state. Did not have information about amenities being closed down. Unfortunately, the reason for selecting this particular hotel was for the amenities. Most specifically we were interested in the swimming pool and hot tub area. Only to find out when we arrive that they were not open because of repairs needed. For your smelled like a nursing home a.k.a. urine. The showerhead chips in the tub and no hot water in the bathroom sink. There were a large number of families with unruly children until 2 o’clock in the morning, and again early at 6 AM. Sofa was questionable, and we were uncertain of its cleanliness. Carpets are needed. Overall, very disappointed with our stay. Found other area hotels at the same cost with the same amenities. We will be using those in the future.

What a pleasant place For the price and breakfast they do extra mile compared to the others and I just recommend my brother to stay here coz he will travel to Boston the next day

The hotel is super old, rundown, dirty, really dirty. The floors were sticky and there was hair on the towels in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel.
