聖克魯斯斯科茨谷福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley)

Booked another room for friends! It got slightly cheaper when we booked later interestingly! Wonderful location and they helped us get a side by side room despite two separate bookings

Great stay. Close to ocean line and visited interesting flea market.

We liked this place the first time we stayed here when we were located on the 2nd floor. However, this time we were put on the first floor in an odd room. The ceilings were super high which made it hard to heat the room. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that was finicky and no door on the shower. The bartender was also not welcoming. $18 for 2 beers

Four Points is a nice place. Rooms are spacious & clean. However, the walls are super thin and noise can be heard from other rooms, hallways, bathroom, and outside! Bring earplugs! The beds were comfortable, and check in staff were cordial enough. Their morning coffee station was out of hot chocolate two of the three mornings (during Chris**as stay).

When we arrived, the bathroom was not totally clean. There was hair on the floor and it smelled very badly like someone had just used the toilet. It was bizarre. Your supposedly freshly cleaned hotel room should not smell like someone just used the bathroom. It was overpowering! Room was not thoroughly vacuumed - there were Bobbi pins on the carpet. In the morning, our in room coffee maker was broken. It was missing the part to put the coffee in and the lobby was out of coffee. We did eventually get coffee in the lobby but had to wait for a while. Additionally the parking was full when we came back that evening and we were told by the front desk that they had run out of the overfly parking permits so he hand wrote us one which worked but I was really worried that we were going to get towed. All in all, it’s a nice hotel but it seems like they were VERY short staffed and unable to provide a decent level of service as a result.

Thr room was huge! Everything was clean and we felt very at home. The mattress was not the best, but was a hotel mattress. I did not mark transportation or shopping because we were not there to shop or use the public transportation. The parking spots were short anf narrow, but that is true of all of Santa Cruz. Staff was very nice and did not skip a beat at telling us hello and goodbye as we went in and out. The common area was beautiful and welcoming. I had a beer at the bar and staff was very nice. Great place!

Great hotel, the doors are heavy so can be a bit loud but the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are huge! Only think I wasn't fond of was the inconsistency in rooms. Ive stayed at this hotel previously and my room was SUPER nice. Had automatic blinds, the AC was great, super soft towels. This time it was just traditional blinds, the ac wouldn't stay on, I set it to 68 but it wouldn't get below 74, and the towels in our room didn't match each other, one was super rough while the other was plush. Just little things! Still a great stay.
