I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff and breakfast were great, my experience was not up to expectations. The room I was assigned was quite small, which made it feel cramped. Upon checking in, I discovered that the washroom sink was clogged. It took a frustrating five hours for someone to come and fix it. To make matters worse, the carpet in my room was wet the entire night, which was very uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options. Overall, though, I felt the service could have been much better, especially considering the issues I encountered.

This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I stayed on the third floor and was disturbed by loud shouting and screaming coming from the reception area from 10 p.m. all the way until midnight. As a result, I couldn’t sleep well.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the experience was consistently disappointing. On Day 1, the internet was not working due to a “system crash.” On Day 2, the same excuse was repeated. When I inquired further, I was met with rude and dismissive responses from a male receptionist.
While there was one kind female staff member at the reception, the rest of the male receptionists, including the lobby manager, were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Having had a long trip and stayed at multiple hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever encountered, primarily due to the attitude of the male reception staff.
