Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Essen in drei verschiedenen Restaurants, tolles Personal im ganzen Hotel, sehr sauber auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Gute Lage gegenüber der Bushaltestelle zu Fuss ca. 10 minuten zu den Bergbahnen

Standort des Hotels ist ideal, um mit dem öV (Haltestelle Post gleich vis-à-vis) Erkundungen und Ausflüge zu unternehmen, womit das Auto auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz belassen werden kann. Zweckmässig eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf Flims. Allerdings ist Dusche/Bad ziemlich klein. Service sehr freundlich und das eigene Steakhouse sowie die Pizzeria sind zu empfehlen. Der Zustand schlägt etwas auf den Komfort. Jedoch gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

We could enjoy a wonderful stay in Flims. The stuff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is rich and the rooms are very comfortable. A bus stop is right opposite the hotel and with the hotels guetscard you can use every single bus in the region for free. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay

I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. I noticed other skiers walking down the street in their Ski Boots each morning and night ...we never had to do that. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel and there is a super market down the street to get BEER ,Water and snacks . I will go back again !!! and also ...LAAX is a wonderful resort .

Perfect hotel for a father-and-son ski break. It’s not fancy but the rooms are clean, the staff friendly (especially Mariana on reception) and the showers hot and powerful. Breakfast is very good - fabulous Bircher Muesli. We dined at both the Pizzeria and Steakhouse and food was decent. Service quick and efficient too. Reservations definitely needed as Flims is short of mid range restaurants and both get busy. Sauna area good too with three different options - traditional, Danish and steam. For ski hire, Sport Beat we’re close by and professional. The local shuttle bus can take you to the main lifts in 2 mins - otherwise it’s a 10 minute walk. Transport from ZRH painless - train to Chur and then a regular bus to the door of the hotel. Highly recommended if you’re primarily here for the skiing.

This review is from a 1200 plus night Marriott custom who travels for a living. I never have had this kind of experience. The first issue was they put me in a room that the clerk later told me they knew has serious noise issues from the apar**ent above it. The first night I was so tired I guess it didn’t matter much. The second night I call and asked to be moved. The clerk told me he would be right up, he never showed. I call again 30 mins later and he told me there was nothing he could do to help me. So that’s how it started… after my departure I received a phone call from the hotel looking for their plastic standard room key and telling me I owed them for drinks in the bar from 5 nights earlier, which was totally incorrect. Today the front desk followed up with a nasty email telling me they wanted 10 Euro for the plastic key. I mean you can’t make this stuff up. So just don’t stay here. Can’t be any worse options in town

We loved the hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and nothing was every too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely and our sons (adults) took advantage of the breakfast Prosecco!! The hotel has three restaurants, all were good quality, and we ate here as the town was generally quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
