Its was excellent stay. All the staff were very friendly and supportive. This is my second time stay at Hilltop Towers hotel as their service were really good.

The rooms were neat and clean.The bathrooms were neat and dry without any kind of bad odour.The complimentary food was the icing on the cake.It was sumptuous and tasty and they were even prepared to serve more than required.Room service was good.Reception at the time of check in was excellent. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Vijaybalaji Chennai

The service was really commendable. All food options whether Veg or Non Veg was easily accessible. The room and the surroundings were clean. Sight seeing arrangements were made by hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Enjoyed a lot with family.

The hotel is centrally located. The tourist places such as lake, Bryant park, croakers Walk are very close and accessible by a short walk. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious and well maintained. The vegetarian restaurant is good. The quality of vegetarian menu is good.

Worst service and food, breakfast including in the room charges,but we paid it.But they did not refund it.

We are in a group of five friends couple stayed in five rooms. Location of the hotel is excellent. South Indian food served in the breakfast. Average test but sufficient quantity. Dinner food preparation was also just average. Room amenities are okay. No bathroom slippers. One of the room's comode was not cleaned when we checked in and fixed after we made complaint. One room's shower cubicle was very small and difficult to take bath. However it's a good budget option.

A very good hotel. Very near to many sight seeing places such as coakers walk, boat house etc. Both non vegetarian and vegetarian hotels are on two sides of the hotel

Excellent welcome. Ever smiling and helping staff. Well maintained room. Everything required in the room was available. Well decorated room. The breakfast was awesome. we stayed for two days. First day it was buffet breakfast and second day it was limited but more then sufficient for one person. The staff at the restaurant was awesome. Serving with smile and as per the wish of the customer. Car parking was seperate with round the clock guard. The entire staff was very Cooperative. Thanks to the Hotel management and the entire staff.

The hotel location and breakfast spread was good. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were average but were providing running hot water as the climate there was quite cold.

We had booked the honeymoon suite. The room was decent, the bed was also big enough. There wasn't much view from this room. But it had all the necessary facilities. In kodaikanal, the rooms don't have fans or ac. You won't need one either. Our room had heater which saved us from the cold. The washrooms were clean. Soap, shampoo, shaving kit, dental kits were provided by the hotel. The staff was good. The restaurant is also decent. They have a fixed menu for breakfast for those who have booked room and opted for breakfast. But it is good enough. You get to try all items : idli, dosa, medu wada, pongal, sheera, etc. The hotel is centrally located and hence easily accessible to bus stand, other restaurants, markets, lake, coaker's walk, bryant park. Overall this hotel is worth the money.
