I stayed for three nights. -The hotel water temperature did not work and went randomly from scorching to freezing and would stay extremely hot even if the knob was turned to cold. -There were small bugs and ants all over the bathroom floor and walls. -The curtains of the hotel were stained filthy and the furniture was broken. -Cell service was terrible -The temperature control in the room did not work- it said the temperature was adjusted but the actual room temperature on the reader never changed. -The staff came in to "clean" and only moved my stuff around and took the trash- did not provide toilet paper or take dirty towels. -The hotel emailed me 24 hours before my stay to let me know I would be charged a $100 per day hold in case of damages which was conveniently not included in writing anywhere on the booking site. -I lost my black jacket and asked the front desk woman if she could check the lost and found for it- she proceeded to say no one brought anything forward. She couldn't be bothered to go even check, even though I said it could've been over the last few days. -I am a frequent traveler and this hotel is not worth it especially for what they charge. There are many other hotels in the area that I'm sure are more comfortable.

Overall this is a nice property. The rooms could use a few updates like lamps/alarm clocks with USB ports so devices can be charged without needed the brick and plugging into the wall.

Convenient location near multiple highways so my sisters and I could meet up without going out of our way. Wegman’s next door meant meals were a breeze and no hassling with restaurants or making reservations.

Heat nor hot water worked. When I discussed with front desk they said to speak with *******, where I booked the reservation. Also would not accept my Hyatt Membership because I booked with *******. Very poor

I really enjoyed my stay, my 5th time here, it was so appropiate for my bday slumber party. PLUS the lady that checked me in was amazing and soooo nice

The location was convenient. Per the information provided early check-in after 2pm was free. The representative was going to charge us a fee. We requested a room with 2 queen beds. They gave us a business suite with 1 queen bed. Per ******* the the hotel has a right to change the request but I had to sleep on a couch. They didn't care. The bar was supposed to be open until 10pm. It was closed.

Being a VIP Gold Member, I had late check out. When I checked in I was assured that my late check out was all set. The next day at 12:00 I was locked out of my room. TV was broken in the front room. Upon calling the front desk no answer. I went to the front desk and she said she fixed it on computer however we were still locked out. We finally had to get a maintenance man open our door to get our personal belongings out. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel and I hope ********** takes them off. We paid extra for a suite that was broken down and I would never waste my time or money here again ever. Room was extremely run down. Refrigerator big dent in it. Shower looked and felt like it was on its way out. Toilet was loose. Shades were torn. I understand people live at this Hotel as well. However if I am paying good money I feel like I was robbed. Also I asked about menu at the bar. Online it says they have a restaurant in the hotel. The desk clerk told me no menu, however there are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Omg

I really enjoyed my stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. Nice to have both a back lit mirror and full length mirrors on the closet doors. A bit odd that the 2 beds make it impossible to close the bedroom door and a close path to the bathroom but that was manageable. I will be back!

Great for us and our kids during our extended weekend stay. So clean and quiet. Breakfast wasn’t great but we did enjoy our stay.

My stay was overall very good. I’d appreciated having recycling options in the rooms and common areas if possible for this location.

If you have business in the area and appreciate the proximity of Wegman's, this is a convenient location. Yet, it is not great. The room I was in had ants on the wall, a wonky shower controller where "hot" meant lukewarm and the hottest shower was "warm", and frayed / shredded carpet edges going into the kitchen where carpet ***** staples were exposed. When I shared these challenges, I was thanked for my feedback. SO, my whole impression of the property is a big "meh".

The staff is not friendly to the guest at check-in. and during your stay they bother you for every little thing. and especially Sunday. They open the pool at 12:00 p.m. so the weekends guest cannot swim on Sunday morning

Easy access and very clean. Some things need a little updating.

An overnight stay after our Polar Express experience. Great location, only a few miles from the attraction.
