酒店位置很不錯，距離奧林匹克公園和可口可樂博物館走路幾分鐘距離。基本每天都有保潔打掃衞生，住了五天，第四天沒有打掃……總體來説還不錯，走路幾分鐘距離有個中餐館

早餐不是自助，單賣的哦，不划算！入住很快，因為小朋友要睡午覺，提前2小時入住也可以，很棒！有免費停車位，但有限。

偏貴一些，其他還好。

The hotel smack in the city. Common areas were pretty clean. No microwave, but understandable. Didn't like price for parking, $32 per night.

Third stay at this location. Staff is always super friendly,helpful.Hotel is clean and near walking distant to market and sight seeing downtown. I will say that one if not both elavators are always down when I am here. Next time I will request second floor room not the seventh floor. One was fixed by the next day and was informed there is a service lift that you could use. But we all need the excerise right?

Really liked the hotel - cool lobby and lounge area as well as a nice outdoor seating area. Appreciated the front desk staff and how helpful they were, but did not appreciate the cleaning staff - they were often yelling in the hallways to the point that we were bothered by them when in our room. They also did not come to service the room at consistent or appropriate times. I should also add that we had a cockroach in the room (that I was able to successfully kill after a bit of a struggle) and there were also other little bugs in the room. Not sure if this is normal in Atlanta hotels. Last thing: option of a pool table is great…but be sure to BYO chalk!

Check in was to be at 4. Did early check in at 2:30 and asked if it would be 4 at the latest for a check in, as we had a 5 pm concert to be at. Was not given key to room until 4:40. Missed 30 minutes of the concert and had to get an Uber to. It miss more of it instead of walking to it. Got back to room after concert and had no wash cloths in room. Door to bathroom would not stay shut, toilet paper holder was broken, as well as toilet seat. Air would not go below 68°. While I know this wasn’t the problem of the desk clerks, I feel that management should have been more apologetic.

Hotel needs to be updated. 15 cars were broken into overnight in parking lot. No shelf of any kind in shower in room 407. Shower door not connected to the ceiling. Hotel bar has weird hours.

ALoft downtown was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. We needed a nice, convenient, reasonable place within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium for a concert. It was perfect.

The beds were amazingly comfortable and i slept great. However, the was not good. There was a small vanity with a sink with hardly enough room for my makeup bag and my husband dop kit and nowhere to hang the hand towel. There was a sliding door that separated this room from the shower and toilet, but no outer door to give privacy from the bedroom. Also the iron didn’t work so i had to wear wrinkled pants. The parking was posted as $30 a day, but when we left the parking lot we were charged $72 for last than 2 full days. The parking lot itself was a mess with our uneven and cracked asphalt. Overall it’s a good price for downtown Atlanta and we were just there on business, but i wouldn’t want to stay there if i were there for pleasure. Oh, and the bartender was a very unhappy individual!

One elevator, 9th floor ice machine, and room safe were broken. One bed had stained sheets. It was quiet and easy to check in with efficient staff and nice decor and adequate amenties. This hotel needs to improve to be at this price point. If not they need to be in a less expensive lodging category. I expect a lot from Downtown Atlanta hotels. Overall it was adequate and comfortable and if those things were fixed it would be great.

I would stay here again for sure, it was very convenient and close to all the attractions (within walking distance). The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, and the pool area was nice and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that our door did not latch, and after housekeeping cleaned it every day, you could just walk in. But other than that, everything was great.

The hotel was centrally located. However, the amenities were few and lackluster, the elevator was out with no accommodation offered for physical challenges, and the emergency alarm was set off a few times, which asked one to use the stairs to exit the hotel, an impossibility for a physically disabled person; only to find out, the alarms were false.
