Pretty incredible! Initially had a room on the city side. Rooms are expensive, so when shown to our room, this was disappointing. Spoke with the front desk and they informed me the ocean side rooms were definitely more expensive. Almost double. Like those of you reading this, if you want a room with a view of the ocean and not the building next door, what’s it worth to you? I’d verify which room you are getting before giving your credit card. We chose the upgrade and let me tell you, it made for an incredible 3 night stay! I’ll have to get a part-time job to pay for the room, (Ha!), but the 6th floor, corner room, ocean view made for a spectacular vacation.

This hotel is lovely. The location to the beach and the pier was perfect. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive and helpful. Restaurant recommendations from the concierge were spot on. The decor throughout was beautiful and the rooms felt more like a home and not a hotel. We would have given 5 stars however the windows might be original and need updating to block out the noise from the street below. Overall we were impressed with this hotel, our stay was very memorable and we will definitely stay here again!

オーシャンフロントに立地のホテルです。ビューは部屋の向き次第ですが、オーシャンフロント部屋はかなり高額です。　宿泊した部屋はシティビューでしたが、駐車場の横で、結構自動車の音がしました。　こじんまりしたホテルですが、ハウスキーピングは１日2回、ロビーやレストランのスタッフは人数もおおく、対応はたいへんよかったです。　ベッドの高さが、おなかくらいあって、上るのが大変でしたが、寝心地は最高でした。　ソファーがあれば、なおよかったと思います。

This property celebrates old world elegance and amenities. Little things like the nightly turn down service, huge closets with an abundance of hangers, bathrobes and slippers, a spacious bathroom with high end toiletries, Nespresso coffee machines, sunlight filled rooms with windows that open to allow the breeze from the ocean air, and a very attentive staff made my stay at this hotel very memorable.

Gorgeous hotel! From the minute I had a personal escort to the check in desk to my final exit I was so well taken care of and treated like royalty the whole time! No request was minor or detail overlooked. My room was beautiful, very clean and elegant! The “cleaning fairies” as I’m calling them would swoop in even if I left for 15 min to grab a drink or take a walk, and tidy up and freshen the room. It was magical! I’ve never seen a hotel staff that fast or efficient. The kindness was what really stood out to me with the staff. My favorite person was Margarita whom took all my room service orders and made me laugh every time. I looked forward to our chats daily! The fresh orchids were so beautiful I obtained a little collection of them in the room to brighten the space all week long from each meal. Gorgeous touch! Bath amenities are top notch! Leave yours at home no need to pack they have you covered in luxury! Bathroom far exceed my expectations and towels were fluffy and soft not hard or crunchy ever. Views of the pool and Ocean were a bonus and yet I never heard any noise outside. Very quiet and relaxing suite. I will definitely be back and look forward to it! Thank you!

Lots of homeless in the area while I was there a homeless man stabbed a passerby. Great location for beach and staff was excellent. Food was ok! Shrimp I got you couldn’t peel them. Breakfast is ok wish they had a little more to choose from i stead of same of the same

The hall carpets were stained and dirty looking. The manager acted lik I was annoying her. The maid texted me about my room then didn’t clean it. The waiter at Catch was not good. He never took our drink order. My room was so noisy from the machinery of the cooling system I had to put Kleenex in my ears and take a sedative to sleep. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel and the price reflects that but overall it was a terrible disappointment. . My room was tiny. I’ll never go back.

5年前にサンタモニカの散策に来た時に偶然見つけたホテルです。とても素敵だと思いました。 という事で今回、初めて利用して本当に良かったです。但し食事を入れると一泊あたり軽く1000ドルを超えました。

The staff are simply wonderful. It is a fantastic hotel, super friendly and very conveniently located by the beach.

30th結婚記念日に選びました。ホテルから素敵なプレゼントとGrade Upした部屋へ変更して頂きました。感動した記念日になりました。

Stunning property, fabulous room with terrace facing the sea. Spotlessly clean and very chic! One of the nicest properties we have stayed in.

An absolute gem of a place to stay. The views are spectacular and the staff caters to your every need! We will definitely return.

This is our second stay. Plan to stay here whenever in Santa Monica area. Great lobby and rooms and amenities. Very clean. Excellent service, breakfast and bar. Great location on beach about 1/2 mile to Santa Monica pier.

We had the most amazing stay, felt so welcomed and while it was a very quick trip it was much needed!! Big exhale!! Thanks to all!
