trip.com上的數據不正確。沒有水療中心、兒童泳池，沒有免費停車位（飯店提早50茲羅提/天）。 飯店有餐廳，但只提供早餐。 我提出了一個特殊要求：我為我妻子要了無麩質麵包作為早餐。沒有人回答。我在辦理入住時也提到了這一點，他們不提供早餐。 我三天前寫了一封投訴郵件，仍然沒有回覆。 我很失望。

Nous étions 4 couples belges pour 4 nuits. Au départ on nous a imposé de payer 8 petits déjeuners à 13€ pour chaque jour. Soit 440 euros. La visite d'Auschwitz ayant été avancée, nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel à 5h30 sans prendre le petit déjeuner. A noter que nous avions prévenu 24h à l'avance. La préposée nous a assurés qu'un lunch packet serait à notre disposition. Finalement nous n'avons eu ni petit déjeuner, ni lunch packet. Le remboursement nous a été refusé sous prétexte que nous avons prévenu trop tard, ce qui est faux ! Le buffet ne ressemble en rien à la photo mensongère de la porte d'entrée. Sans compter que les draps de lit étaient déchirés et qu'une douche était bouchée. Rien n'a été réparé malgré que nous l'avions signalé. Bref aparthôtel à fuir comme la peste.

La camera a prima vista è bellissima. Spaziosa e curata. Anche il bagno è molto bello e moderno. Però i letti lasciano molto a desiderare. Federe fatte con le lenzuola, le lenzuola che non coprono nemmeno tutto il materasso e anche i piumini sono piccoli. Sulla colazione nulla da dire: varia e buona però bisogna andare presto a farla. Se dovessi tornare a Cracovia proverei un'altra struttura

我們住了 3 個晚上，這家旅館非常棒。步行約 5 分鐘即可抵達購物中心，另外步行 5 分鐘即可抵達市中心。房間很乾淨，很大，床很舒服。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人，讓我們在辦理入住前寄存行李，並在餐廳關門時讓我們坐在餐廳裡等待出租車在回家的路上接我們。如果我們回來的話，我們不會選擇住在其他地方，因為我們的經驗非常好。

我們住的時候房間從來沒有打掃過，每天都要求他們打掃房間，但他們從來沒有打掃過，垃圾箱滿了，床上用品從來沒有換過，沒有乾淨的毛巾，直到我們不得不要求他們打掃。最後房間在星期一（離開的前一天）打掃乾淨了！早餐很糟糕，如果有食物的話，食物很噁心而且不新鮮！我們每天早上8點下去，沒有食物！我們因為糟糕的住宿體驗而度過了愛情假期，酒店對一切都撒了謊，他們說他們每天都打掃我們的房間，早餐總是“忙”，但我們是唯一吃早餐的人，總是很早！床很小，但好的一點是，它們很舒服。

從一開始就不是一次很棒的經驗。入住時間據說是從16:00 開始- 我們16:00 到了那裡，他們告訴我們我們的房間還沒有準備好，讓我和我的家人又等了45 分鐘才能進入我們的房間，因為他們正在“檢查一遍” 。一旦我們進入我們的房間 - 我們注意到整個走廊都鋪著地毯，兩個房間都髒得令人作嘔。床鋪很差。 2張床拼在一起，有2張獨立的羽絨被和1張床單？？？非常非常不舒服。浴室很髒。到處都是污漬。我們甚至注意到水槽上有以前客人留下的舊牙膏污漬。噁心！！位置是這家酒店的唯一賣點。如果可能的話我會避免

優秀的酒店，就在一切旁邊，工作人員非常樂於助人，會再次入住，讓我們在退房時留下行李，讓我們把充電器放在一起充電。會推薦給那些想要在拉科夫過得愉快的人

Wonderful place to stay as a couple. So close to the centre yet so quiet. The balcony is a perfect sun trap. Perfect place to stay. It’s so cheap to eat out we didn’t cook but the option was there. We appreciated the washing machine and the ability to be able to sit at a table. Much better than a hotel!

Breakfast, disaster, save your money, food stone cold, flies in it, eat out cheaper and better. Room was ok, never got cleaned asked for toilet roll never got it, pillars was awful, like flat and filthy, wasn’t cheap to stay, stayed at better.

Room was spacious Breakfast was good and plentiful Most staff were trying to be very helpful Nice location Couldn’t check in till afternoon which was a pain Bedding was poor with no mattress protector and only a sheet that didn’t fit the bed -not good at all Headboard was dirty and dusty Pillows were like paper thin and when we asked for others got told it was the weekend so we couldn’t have any as they were full! Next day another staff member gave us some which were appalling state with stains and we gave them back. We were given towels (our idea) in order to use as towels.

Lovely boutique hotel well situated. Drains were a bit smelly and rooms only get cleaned at your request. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Tram stop and supermarket on doorstep. There is a huge shopping centre 10 mins walk away..

Lovely room check in wasn’t until 4 but the staff looked after our bags and we went to explore. Everything was close by 10 mins walk( although we walked a lot.. comfy shoes needed) The shower was amazing and it was clean really clean .. we had a three bed apartment and would definitely stay here again
