萊提埃爾彭霍特爾凱瑟菲爾斯飯店(Sentido Alpenhotel Kaiserfels)

Wirklich ein tolles Osterwochenende dort verbracht, super freundliches Personal...Dank an Katrin und Sebastian...hervorragendes Essen genossen und tolle Ausflüge auf Empfehlung gemacht...wenn das Wetter mal nicht so war Sauna top...fazit: macht SÜCHTIG

Ons t****e verblijf was net zoals vorig jaar helemaal top. Wij hebben erg genoten van de goeie service en het lekker eten. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie, vooral door de man met grijs haar die uiterst behulpzaam en attent is. Ook het personeel in het restaurant is zeer correct en gedienstig. Overal is het erg proper en net, het valt op dat alles zeer goed onderhouden wordt. Wat ons betreft zijn er geen enkele minpunten te vinden over dit hotel. Enkele extra pluspunten die ik vergat te melden in mijn vorige review: - praktisch dat in het restaurant altijd dezelfde tafel voorzien wordt per gast - handige vastgemaakte ladenkasten in de kamers - ruim balkon - gezellige en nette kamers in houten afwerking - verwarmd handdoekenrek in de badkamer en ruime douche - rustige omgeving zonder lawaai Prijs/kwaliteit voor ons een topper !

Hier wird Service noch gelebt, mit Herz, nicht nur aufgesetzt. Direkt am Skihang gelegen, außerhalb der etwas lauteren Stadt. Trotzdem nicht weit zur Infrastruktur. Ideal für Seminare, weil die Natur direkt vor der Haustür ist. Hervorzuheben ist noch das Abend und Frühstücksbuffet, was ich deutlich abhebt. Erstens in der Abwechslung, aber auch in der Qualität. Auch veganer und Vegetarier kommen voll auf ihre Kosten, ohne auf etwas verzichten zu müssen.

Es ist immer wieder eine große Freude in das Hotel Kaiserfels zu kommen. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise ist die Professionalität dieses Hotels zu spüren. Große und wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer machen den Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis. Eine tolle Küche mit abwechselungsreichen Buffets. Die tolle Bar und das riesige Wellnessangebot runden den Aufenthalt ab. Ein großer Dank gilt dem Personal im Hotel. Hier wird man gehört und alle Mitarbeiter tragen dazu bei, dass das Hotel eine solche Bewertung verdient. Die Vorfreude gilt schon jetzt dem kommenden Aufenthalt.

Ich war jetzt zum dritten mal in diesem Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war wie immer außergewöhnlich.

Went for a ski holiday. Really nice modern hotel, fairly quiet which was perfect for us as a family. The family rooms are crowded with a couch bed, a foldable bed and the double bed. For a full week stay having connecting rooms would be preferable. The double bed in the new part of the hotel were new and really comfortable - and the kids beds were acceptable, but unfit for adult weights. Everywhere is clean and neat in the hotel, while maintaining a chill atmosphere, where kids are welcome too. The facilities check all the boxes, although some are more basic than others: Fitness Pool (for kids all day) Saunas (for families one hour a day) Bar/lounge Ski-garage with dryers The restaurant was top notch! Really nice buffets and varied too! Quality was good and gluten-free bread and pastas were prepared upon request. Most of the staff were extremely service minded. The surroundings include a ski equipment store, a ski rental, ski school/instructors, a cafe and it’s all just a few hundred meters from the lift. All lifts are slow so you end up spending much time in them, especially the top lifts. It’s a shame there’s no long green for beginners technique training, but on a positive note the slopes and lift system around the mountain side is well connected so even though it’s a small place, there’s adventures to be had. The temperatures were horrible while we were there. 10-14 degrees most days and no new show for over a week. They struggled every night - making new snow when possible and reparations with what little they had. In all fairness we were impressed, even though the circumstances were bad. We had two full good days, and good mornings the rest of the week, before the snow got too heavy and bulky to ski for us intermediates.

Our stay was great ! The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was cosey with a good bed and beautifull bathroom! Kept very clean every day, with extra towells and a bathrobe/slippers for the wellness. The temperature in the room as well as in the restaurant is quite warm. We very much enjoyed the lovely pool and sauna area, wich are also beautifull spacious and clean. The restaurant was beyond our expectations, delicious menu's wich offered a great varity off wonderfull food. The buffet was something to look forward to every day, and the restaurant staff so very friendly and welcoming. There was a seperate area in the restaurant for families with children. We agree on the temperature being rather warm. We felt very safe concerning covid regulations well kept. The piste a good place to ski and also the rockbar a very nice place to take a break, good rental services at Patricks Intersport, all next to the hotel

We stayed at Kaiserfels for NYE. The hotel is really clean, excellent facilities, ski in / ski out a complete bonus, lovely food and a really cosy atmosphere. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. It is on the edge of town, but we got a taxi a couple of evenings to explore a little further, but we were so tired from the skiing, we were very happy to stay put for most of the time. The pool offers a great contrast in activity to skiing all day. The spa is lovely, but worth noting it's a 'textile free' spa, which I didn't realise. Took me a while to work out why all the naked people were looking at me in my swimming cozzy, like I'd lost my mind! LOL My husband and I hadn't being skiing for about 20 years so we booked into beginner lessons, which were well worth it! Our sons both had lessons too. We opted for mornings only (two hours, 10am-12pm), which we were happy with. It gave us the afternoons to spend together, on the slopes, and it seemed like our morning session just went over the same things in the afternoons, so we didn't feel we missed out on learning time. We booked with Crystal Holidays and the only room available for us was a superior twin. I'm not sure what made it 'superior', it was a double room with a sofa bed and extra camp bed. The 4 beds in a row eliminated the floor space. Our boys are 7 and 12 and it was pretty cramped. We are looking to return next year and booking direct with the hotel offers more option i.e. connecting rooms / junior suites with separate bedrooms etc. Snow wise, it didn't snow until the last day of our week's holiday. The slopes were packed with snow however, and the canons did a good job of keeping it fresh. I'd thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel if you're travelling with a family or you're beginner / intermediate skiers. The slopes aren't intimidating at all and perfect for those learning. We can't wait to return :)
