Staff was friendly. I had problem with my phone. Lady at front desk called her IT expert to help me. He couldn't fix it but he gave me some advice to try when I got home. It worked and I would like to say Thank You! Breakfast is delirious! Nice choice of food and the pancake machine is fun! They are delirious too! I was there for Mayo clinic visits. The shuttle runs often and is a convenient pleasant ride. A variety of food nearby is nice. A grocery is nearby and Fresh Thyme organic foods. Two blocks to 2 finer restaurants. Across the parking lot is McDonald's K.F.C. Toppers Pizza and my favorite Jersey Joes Cheesesteaks.

the tv remote very hard to operate and the brdeakfast was bad sausage wazx hard overdone or old bisquits were hard and milk was sourf whikch was disgusting as i took one drink and about puked

We stayed one night for an early appointment. The stay was fine, nothing fancy, a little more run down than other holiday inns, the room was comfortable. We booked this hotel because it was close to the clinic and had breakfast. Unfortunately when we went down to breakfast at 7am, everything was gone. No coffee, one egg omelet left, no bacon, no gravy for the biscuits, waffle machine was out of order. It was a very disappointing morning when we wanted to have a quick warm breakfast before our appointments. We waited for about 20 minutes for food to come out and nothing ever did. No one came to check, and couldn’t find anyone to ask. Hotel was fine but breakfast was disappointing.

Went to take a shower in the morning and walk away for a moment. Came back to a Crusty orange tub. Went to the front desk and not even an apology

The property was not clean and needs updating. Our door was hard to open and looked like it had been forced. It was very noisy as we were on the highway side.

Lobby had a weird smell. Breakfast was included and was average. The elevator smelled bad and was very slow. Housekeeping only came if you asked them to repeatedly.

Very helpful front desk staff. We had a happy stay in the hotel.

Due to appointments at the Mayo, and our need to use courtesy shuttles to/from motel and clinic, we could not guarantee we would be able to check-out at the designated 11:00 a.m. hour. Desk staff extended only a one-hour delay. Appointments at the clinic often can run beyond stated schedule, and shuttle services also operate on schedules that passengers cannot control. Try to find a way to accommodate check-outs that are delayed by factors beyond the guest's control.

The beds and pillows were terrible 😢, would have been better on the floor. Everything else was great 👍!

Overall was a nice stay. A few jumps in the morning from the door slamming somewhere. Overall would stay here again

It was clean and staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good but food was not available nor the seating adequate. The TV reception was satellite. When the weather was stormy the TV went out.
