Une expérience exceptionnelle dans cette hôtel du centre-ville de Bialystok. A résumer en 5 mots : Luxe, Propreté, Service, Disponibilité et Gentillesse. Ayant testé plusieurs hôtels à Bialystok, le Royal Hôtel & Spa est très largement au dessus des autres. La suite 218, parfaite. A l'arrière de l'immeuble, au calme. La piscine et les installations permettent de passer un agréable moment. Le déjeuner est grandiose. Choix et qualité. Pour terminer, un petit mot pour le personnel qui est à l'écoute de nos moindres besoins. Et toujours avec le sourire. Une étape INCONTOURNABLE lors d'un passage à Bialystok. Et mon prochain séjour passera d'office par cet hôtel. Judyta Tumiel.

Hotel molto curato sulla piazza principale di Bialystok. Servizio molto puntuale, camere spaziose con un bel bagno in marmo. L’hotel ha una Spa con piscina all’ultimo piano aperta già di prima mattina. Parcheggio primato comodo sul retro. Top!

Hotel facilities are like 5 star hotel, but employers act like in Soviet Union. We ordered sauna on the evening , for the next morning at 8.30. We even double cheked that our order is taken. On the morning at 8.30 we found cold sauna. We told to the reseption what happended the the person on the reseption claimed is that the sauna was on. In 5 stars hotell shoud not make clients feel that they are lying. Mistakes happend, but how they tried to hide the mistake, made us fell very disappointed.

Just before New Year’s Eve I decided to take my boyfriend to Royal Hotel for New Year’s Eve Party. When I looked online to book our nights out, there was last room available, which means the price was high. But that was ok. It was my first time I was visiting Poland and I really want to enjoy it. When we arrived to the room and open the door the room looked nice and tidy. After unpacking our bags my boyfriend saw a quite big stain near front door on the carpet floor. He works past seven years in five-star hotels In Mayfair London. His eyes spot inequality immediately. That put our stay down so badly each time we were coming back to the room the stain was there to welcome us at the door. Second thing was crack on toilet door near the handle which was fixed and painted unprofessionally. Finally, it was quite a shock when we saw that for each room service, we would have to pay 40zl, which is relevant to 8£ English pounds. I do understand to tip, as I aways do, but to pay room service in five-star hotel seem a bit odd for us. Moreover on arrival we found out that Jacuzzi is not working. Our next move was to go downstairs to Royal Hotel Browar and enjoy the night before New Years Eve. Just day before like I was able to get last room in your hotel, it was the same as such I was able to get last available table at Royal Hotel Browar for New Years Eve. While eating we spoke to Manager to find out where would be our table on New Year’s Eve, but unfortunately, the table plan was not ready yet. Later, during night one of the lovely waitresses told us that the table plan was ready. When we asked where our table would be, we found out it would be by the wall on the right-hand side from main entrance. That put us off too. The Manager knew we are staying guest even so allocated us by the wall. We were totally no happy with it. Then we spoke to our lovely hostess who looked after us all evening and explain. Thereafter we did get different table. New Year’s Eve night begins, we set down order drink, food and start to enjoy last night of the year. After some time, the music starts to play very loud, thereafter not at all. Basically, there were speakers on top of the bar which were not working properly. Music once played, once not at all, once to loud and once not at all. Eventually their were taken away. It totally break the atmosphere for us, as such the spirit of New Year’s Eve ( Sylwester) night. Finally, as we had table for two, the chairs we had were not too comfy. We saw boof table empty for quite a long time, like few hours. Therefore, we asked our waitress if we could move there, but been told that it is booked. After hour later we asked again, unfortunately, same answer. Then my boyfriend went to ask one of the Managers and we were able to move to the boof table. Overall during our stay we spend a good some of money at your hotel, always tipping for really good service from your staff, but sometimes I was not feeling welcome. We would be extreme

Nie polecam. Nie polecam tego hotelu. Na śniadaniu brak chleba i kelnerka Monika się patrzy w talerze i obserwuje co goście jedzą. Młody chłopak w recepcji mnie straszył policją bo nie chciałem zapłacić za śniadanie. Zapłaciłem pół ceny ale powinno być za darmo. Śniadanie nędzne i w restauracji latają muchy bananowe. Pan dyrektor miał opcje "naprawić" błąd personelu ale nie skorzystał z tej opcji. Nie polecam. Pozdrowienia od gościa który ma około 100 noclegów rocznie w hotelach.

Hotel in posizione centralissima e direttamente sulla piazza. Posteggio molto comodo sul retro. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Dotazione completa. Bagno con doccia spazioso ma scivoloso : attenzione ! Ristorante Monte Carlo buono e personale gentile.

This hotel is completely fabulous, and I very highly recommend it. I stayed in room 213, it was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was stunning and the shower was the best of any hotel I have stayed in over the years. You really have everything you need. The room was pure luxury in the most luxurious way and style. I was very impressed! The hotel is perfectly located and you couldn’t find a more perfect location. The breakfast was amazing and pure luxury as well as the service from the waiter on the 4th May. All the staff were so helpful and really looked after me. I especially need to mention Klaudia on reception. This lady is a complete asset to this hotel and so very kind and attentive to the guests. The only fault I can find with this hotel, is that I had to leave. Whenever I return to this city I will always book this fabulous hotel, it is completely perfect and a real jewel in this beautiful city! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was a little smaller then expected. The duvet, comforter and pillow smelled stale like an old man. Luckily there was a fresh one in the closet to use. Make sure to google map the parking lot not the hotel of you have a car to park. Central location. Could walk to many things. Beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna on 3rd floor.

Neues Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum direkt am Hauptplatz. Sehr gut erreichbar mit Taxi ab Bialystok-Bahnhof (Direkte Verbindungen nach Warszawa und weiter oder nach Suwalki). Sehr schöne Zimmer, einige mit direktem Blick auf den Hauptplatz. Wellness-Center im obersten Stock. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Beste Empfehlung für Bialystok.
