We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff graciously allowed early check-in at no extra cost. They even upgraded us to an Executive Room to accommodate our preference for a higher floor. We truly appreciated the complimentary anniversary cake and the approval for a late check-out since our kids slept in. Our toddler enjoyed the free access to the Kids Club, and the kids had a great time at the well-maintained pool. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had! A perfect wedding anniversary staycation filled with family fun. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service!

It’s very convenient if going to concert at araneta coliseum, walk in 2 mins. But be mindful in the morning the noise of the crowd could be really loud. Couldn’t sleep well! All the others facility is good.

Rooms are already outdated. Need to call just to have TV fixed. Exhaust not working in toilet. Not good value for money. Doesn't feel like a four star hotel. Even location is not 100% utilize for you still need to walk outside just to go the nearby hotel. B Hotel offers more value for money for same Superior Twin Room

Chose the hotel for the location. Service was great: they noticed that a friend was celebrating their birth that week and they sent a birthday cake to the room unprompted. Expected a bigger pool and amenities area but it did the job.

從印尼出發前，選擇的這家酒店。grap從機場到酒店116RMB，50分鐘左右。酒店地處奎松市中心SM等幾個大型商場的合圍地帶，周邊全是商場，購物吃飯都很容易，金拱門、KFC、DQ、Coco各種快餐飲品店應有盡有。酒店前台辦理入住和退房速度略慢，但是我們到的當天早上8點左右，直接給辦理了入住，並沒有讓等到下午3點，這一點對飛了一夜的我來説很有友好。

入住前已經在攜程付款過保證金了，也跟前台確認過，需不需要再交錢前台説不用，第二天我朋友單獨去退房的時候又説要交錢，我朋友沒有國際信用卡，結果非得我幫她再去刷卡而我比他先離開馬尼拉，跟客服掰扯了好幾天，打酒店電話態度也特別差，酒店管理實在是太差了，前台非常不專業

辦理入住花了一個多小時。不知道是不是因為假期，排隊的人很多，只有兩個櫃檯開放。 房間打掃時不包含更換毛巾，我們只好打電話要求換新毛巾。 房間很乾淨，但是沒有家庭房。我們不得不預訂兩個單獨的房間，有點麻煩。 位置很好，離所有地方都很近。我們看了一場音樂會，所以飯店就在阿拉內塔購物中心和蓋特威購物中心旁邊，這點很不錯。 早餐不錯。 泳池不大，很容易擁擠。

我們參加了M2M樂團的「Better Endings」演唱會，演唱會就在飯店旁邊。地理位置絕佳，員工服務也很好。我們的房間在五樓，水療中心就在那裡。水療中心後面有一扇安全門，所以只有客人才能進入房間所在的區域。我很喜歡這一點，水療中心飄出的香味也令人陶醉。我們的房間很大，可以看到羅馬競技場和街道的壯麗景色。飯店很環保，他們提供的飲用水都是玻璃瓶裝的，而不是塑膠瓶裝的。而且飯店的所有設施都一應俱全。客服專線24小時在線，回覆迅速。我覺得唯一的小麻煩就是入住的時間太長了，但也可能是因為他們的電腦系統比較慢。不過一切都很好，因為我早上登記的時候比較早，所以只需要排隊就可以拿到房間鑰匙。謝謝你們，諾富特！

前台的姑娘們總是面帶微笑。 :) 客房服務非常快速。 保全人員熱情好客，始終注重安全。 池畔工作人員熱情好客，總是樂於幫我們點餐。 房間和設施都非常棒！ 感謝所有工作人員和員工，讓我們度過了美好的時光！

I stayed at the Novotel hotel because it is conveniently located next door to Smart Araneta Coliseum (see picture).

The hotel was accommodating and very clean. Rooms were comfy. Our highlight was the yummy buffet breakfast.

Stay was good, this was my 3rd time staying in the hotel. Place is good, room was nice, bed was comfy. Service was good as well, however, when I was availing my breakfast, the one who is on the frontline assisting those who will have breakfast ask me to stay on the side, then I think she forgot that I am there. Thankfully, one of her colleague assist me and help me find a seat. Other than that everything still is good
