中央私人飯店 - 那歐米飯店(The Central Private Hotel by Naumi Hotels)

This is a fantastic hotel with great engaging staff who show you around the hotel and explain everything when you arrive. The hotel provides drinks, milk tea and a coffee with a coffee maker in the the room. Downstairs there is a really nice hang out area with a complementary happy hour and tea, coffee and sweets. The decor is very moody and is unique from any other hotel I've stayed in. A huge amount of detail is paid to ensuring presentation is on point. There are nice views from most rooms and the location is nice and close to the middle of town. The only disappointment was $20 to use a carpark. That being said, there is plenty of on street parking if required.

Super modern design, the room was spacious. Lounge hour with free drinks were included. However, the bathroom was small.

The service staff was very helpful. Help to carry luggage to different floor. Room deco is beautiful. Thanks for complimentary snacks

La propiedad es excelente y tiene amenidades unicas, lo unico negativo es el servicio del hombre que llamamos (creo que era el assistant manager según la información en la recepción) que no nos explico nada sobre el lugar y que luego nos enteramos por una señorita muy amable que estaba mostrando el hotel a otros huespedes, incluso este hombre mientras utilizabamos las instalaciones de lavado nos quería culpar de una toallas desacomodadas (como si los huespedes les interesara desacomodar los artículos del hotel) eso provoco que cuando regresamos a Queenstown reservaramos en otro hotel, creo que el hotel debe cuidar quien da la cara a los huespedes

Comfortable bed for great sleep. Lighting poor quality for desk and trip planning work. Location very good for city center. Late arrival instructions very good. No elevator somewhat difficult for senior travelers to get luggage up to second floor room. Nice city view from window. Staff helpful but not onsite 5:30pm - 6:00am. Room was spacious and we enjoyed the welcome bottle of Pinot Noir .
