Abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente la camera una settimana prima dell’arrivo, con indicazione chiara del prezzo. All’arrivo la nostra camera era stata data via e ci hanno proposto una camera nel sottotetto (non so nemmeno se abitabile per la scarsa dimensione e aerazione). In alternativa la camera suite al doppio del prezzo. Il proprietario dell’albergo alla nostra richiesta di contatto si è negato e ci ha fatto sapere che non gli interessava della nostra prenotazione. Essendo sera ed essendo tutti gli altri hotel prenotati non abbiamo avuto alternative. La scarsa professionalità ed ospitalità ha reso il tutto molto sgradevole.

On arrival we were asked for full payment. We were going to pay in lira but they wanted it in £s so it was more expensive. We got to our room and the shower didnt work so we had to sit and wait for it to be fixed. The shower cubicle was really mouldy . Air con was non existent and it was very uncomfortable with the heat. Breakfast was ok. Dining room was very dusty but the food was very good. Staff were friendly. Its overlooking the harbour with beautiful views. We paid for 7 nights but left after 4. Receptionist didn't ask why we were leaving early. Would we stay there again.....definitely not.

the hotel was awful. the personal is not friendly, the room is only cleaned on request, the hallway stinks, there are garbage bags in the hallways with poo diapers, the shower not working properly. the only positive is the location of the hotel. Don't miss it if you're not on the side of the road. Otherwise a lot of noise from the busy traffic.
