Premier Inn 是我短途旅行時首選的連鎖飯店。 不幸的是，這次它沒有達到通常的標準。 飯店看起來很破舊，一進入房間（103），我們就聞到了一股霉味。我向接待員報告了這一情況，接待員雖然表示歉意，但也無能為力，因為酒店已經訂滿了（由於流蘇和紋身）。 從積極的方面來說，工作人員很友好，早餐也達到了通常的標準。 如果我再次留在愛丁堡，我會尋找替代方案

酒店非常破舊而且過時，早餐通常是高級旅館住宿的亮點，但這個地方很糟糕，當正確的訂單出現時，我的桌子上放了4 個不同的訂單（只有我），雞蛋很粘，黑布丁和薯餅很糊狀，非常糟糕。

Room was uncomfortably hot, tried to lower temp by the keypad in room made no difference- was 23 degrees - when I asked receptionist why it wasn’t reducing she said open the window and it’ll go down - it didn’t. Made sleeping very uncomfortable. We actually left a day early as had awful sleep for the 2 nights we were there. The hotel itself is dated - dark and smelly (musty due to heat I think) no chair or desk in room. The beefeater was also dated dark and ripped chairs. Have been in premier inns Lots of times / this was the worst one

We are family. They have given me disabled room, Site shown its a double bed but it is Queen size bed. After that There is a problem with washroom door. It is not properly working. My wife stuck inside and when I had pushed the nail hurts me and blood came from my index finger. On the window there is a smoking area, people were loudly laughing at night and I cant able to sleep with small baby. No one same for the service of room in 2 days stay.

Having stayed in other Premier Inns, we were very disappointed that what we were expecting from photos and description was VERY different! The hotel is in dire need of freshening up inside and out. It was like going back in time. Interior paint work a very drab colour, the hotel is VERY tired and in need of a facelift. Our room only had one feature (the dressing table) as per images on hotel site. The bins outside were over flowing and there was a lot of litter in the car park. Not a great first impression. No PI signature throw, very sparse. Comfy bed and pillows, good sleep. Bathroom, bath rust/water marks, dispensers rusty, flooring splitting. Empty space in room where I assume there would be a single bed/Bed settee put for a family? Could’ve done with a small table & chair rather having to sit on the bed. Net curtain rail falling off, carpet very tired and dated. Lack of sundries (We had stayed in a travel lodge the few nights previous & there was far more choice for less £) Though supplies readily available in reception for us to top up with teabags & milk. For the price we paid it would be nice to have maybe a biscuit? The service in the restaurant was very poor. The manager told us as we had not booked for dinner we could sit at the bar? I went on line and booked a table straight away 15 mins later! Service VERY poor at the bar. Waitress bringing food friendly. The bar manager needs to re train in people/customer skills. Last orders at 21:45 and bar closed at 22:00. Again, minimal staff on at breakfast, one server very friendly, same ca’t be said for the supervisor who gave the impressio9n it was all too much bother! Breakfast quality good & hot. I will look elsewhere should I visit again, not this Premier Inn, I would look further afield. 2 nights cost us £285……. :(

Choose hotel because location was ideal for our needs. Room lacked furniture. Plus, no drinking glasses for water. Room had a big vacant space. Restaurant didn't know we had pre paid meals, including drinks. Served us drinks, and I had to point out we were on meal deal. Wrong drinks ordered, so I ended up paying for them as not house wine.

Tired and run down. This hotel is more like a hostel. Corridors are really ratty. Room was clean but so run down. The picture in their website is nothing like the room we got. The sofa had been removed so there was a large empty space. Towels were thin, discoloured and old. 1 chair for 2 people. I would not recommend this hotel.

我經常入住全國各地的 Premier Inn 飯店 - 主要是因為它們品質可靠，而且價格通常具有競爭力。不幸的是，這個沒有達到通常的標準。裝修至少落後所有其他Premier Inns 10年，房間不乾淨（浴室裡到處都是黑色黴菌），淋浴間還下著毛毛細雨。接待處的工作人員在辦理入住時非常冷漠且不友善。迫不及待地想離開。我不會回來也不會推薦。

Warm welcome and clean room. Bought the meal deal. The food is miles better than the Premier Inn down the road. Paid for the WiFi upgrade. If only the WiFi speeds were better, I’d have given five stars. Shrubbery in the car park is rather tatty.

Stayed for one night. Room comfy and clean. Warm without being overheated. Although the building is slightly tired looking it was clean and tidy. Would maybe benefit from a coat of paint. Staff all pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good night’s sleep. Good meal Deer Park Beefeater next door. Good breakfast as well.

Hotel ok for price a little more attention to cleaning otherwise ok Must mention receptionist Zoe most knowledgeable about locality travelling times even Uber costs places to eat etc felt like she cared we had a pleasant experience and felt could ask her anything and it wouldn’t be any trouble

Over the years my wife and I have used Premier inn across the country,always raved about the quality versus the price,I thought they were excellent. Stayed in Liverpool Feb 24....not so good. Stayed in Livingston Jan 25....awful,I know bad revues won't change people's minds about were they stay and spend but it's sad to see such a decline in what was once a quality product. I really can't stay again. I value my sleep,so many doors banging. I like to be able to feel clean after I've touched a light switch. Cobwebs hanging over the bed....just not a great experience, this won't change the standard that I seek, money needs spending in a refurb. An experience worth telling.
