The Hotel great service and great staff , the staff and front office to understand and monitor what type of guest either business, pleasure etc...Also priorizing the customers need wants and not to turn away customers whom are there for good cause in helping our country . The hotel clean and nice and needs monitoring of poolside use for the guest in house only and family kids not the public . Staff and supervisor agu in front customers in pool side restaurant it's bad .Solve your problems quietly not for customers to hear or know .

我們到飯店辦理入住，但我們選擇的房型已經訂滿了。前台接待員人很好，免費幫我們升等到了公寓套房。公寓有三個房間，配備無線網路、寬敞的客廳和廚房，非常舒適。非常感謝友好的員工和一流的設施。公寓裡還有幾家餐廳、池畔酒吧，而且離機場、博物館、議會大廈和高爾夫俱樂部都很近。

總的來說，我對這家飯店的第一印象就是找不到室內電梯。我身材比較豐滿，而且剛從偏遠的地方回來，所以我很期待能和家人一起度過一個美好的夜晚。結果，光是走到房間就得爬樓梯，這讓我很惱火。另外，房間裡的空調冷氣效果一般，我覺得飯店管理階層應該考慮升級一下。飯店位置很理想，離傑克遜國際機場很近，但確實需要改進。總的來說，除了這一點，我們的入住體驗還算順利，而且免費早餐很棒。

Wonderful stay at gateway. Cheaper rate compared to other hotels in Port Moresby.

還不錯，但也沒那麼好，空調不太好用，電話也完全不能用，導致很難叫客房服務。

Close to airport, very helpful service, nice pool and gym

When I checked in the Gateway hotel, the reception staff told me that my name wasn't registered. I was asked to sit and wait more than 40 minutes.

Well maintained Facility closer to Airport.
