The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The couple who own this b&b are the rudest couple i have ever had the displeasure of comint across. The food was mediocre at best. Avoid at all costs. I had a terrible nights sleep here also.

What a find ! Perfect B&B, close to the M6 but far enough away to not even know it was there. Hosts were really helpful, rooms were spotless and the breakfast was superb ! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable B&B. The breakfast was superb: locally sourced, freshly cooked; just the right portion size. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Very easy to get too off the M6 motorway.

We had a lovely stay, 3 of us in 1 single and 1 twin room. The rooms were spotless and well equiped with kettle, towels, hairdryer. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming with great communication ahead of our stay. The breakfast was very well cooked and there was a lot of choice. Lovely touches for the room like cookies and fresh milk for your tea/coffee and wide selection of teas. Very peaceul location in the Lancashire countryside with good parking. As well as the lovely rooms there is also a really nice lounge you can use. We highly recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast. Great location 12 mins south of Lancaster park and ride, 10 minutes north of Wyrssdale park wedding venue and 5 mins away from J33 of M6.
