薩巴王后飯店(La Regina di Saba)

La dame tenant le B and B parle parfaitement le français et est guide touristique. Nous a donne beaucoup d'informations sur la region.

B&B Regina di Saba is the place to stay when Piazza Amerina because of the wonderful owner Lucia! A very caring young woman who offered me tea when my partner told her I was not feeling well. She stopped her house cleaning and hurriedly went to her kitchen to bring me some. Her establishment is super clean in our home,hallways and kitchen. In her kitchen she served us a wonderful breakfast of sweet and savoury item plus some sunnyside up fried eggs, She asked us if we wanted to go to Roma De Casale with her and we eagerly said yes. Getting there early we avoided the huge crowds that descends on the ruins. We asked her to find us a driver to take us to Agrigento. She found one that was a very safe driver. Lucia is a treasure that you would be most happy to stay with.

Room was spacious and modern, newly decorated, quite upmarket. In our 3 week tour around Sicily, it has been the only place not to have left water for us. No fridge in room but could use their's.

They have spent a lot of money to make these rooms very nice and clean. City looks run down at first sight but get off the beaten track and it's quite interesting.

Recently remodeled building, central, excellent accomodations, highly recommend

Sono stata con mio marito in questo b&b per una notte a Piazza Armerina. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata e molto carina. La camera pulita e ben curata. La colazione ottima e ricca sia di dolce che di salato. La struttura dispone anche di posti auto. Prezzi non alti. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto anche da guida ai mosaici alla villa Romana del Casale ed è stata veramente brava. Se fate tappa a Piazza Armerina vi consiglio di soggiornare in questo b&b.

Étape dans la belle ville de Piazza Armerina pour découvrir à proximité la villa romaine Casale et Morgantina. Le BB de la reine de Saba est idéalement situé à proximité de la vieille ville de Piazza Armerina ( 10 mns à pied). Le parking est facile au pied du BB sur une petite place. L'immeuble a été refait a neuf il y a 2 ans. La chambre est superbe. Décoration contemporaine de bon goût avec une très belle salle de bains. Le tout d'un très grand confort . Accueil sympathique par Julia qui parle un français parfait ( elle est aussi conférencière à la villa Casale). Et qui prépare un petit déjeuner délicieux de produits frais (sandwiches, gâteau, crêpes, jus d'orange pressée...) . Elle est aussi de parfait conseil pour les découvertes du pays. Signalons enfin le restaurant sicilien typique et délicieux dans la vieille ville ( chez Toto) où nous avons dîné un dimanche soir (fermé le lundi).
