逛了一天沙漠奧萊住這裏，還收了度假村費，設施有點老舊，但是價格很不錯了，説的過去了，看價格合適就都可以了

這次入住漢來大飯店的體驗非常滿意，從抵達的那一刻起就能感受到貼心與專業。接待人員親切有禮，辦理入住快速有效率，讓人馬上放鬆心情。飯店整體環境維護得非常好，無論是大廳還是客房都乾淨整潔，裝潢典雅又不失現代感。 房間空間寬敞，床鋪舒適，備品齊全，連細節如插座、燈光設計都很貼心。衛浴空間也相當寬敞，熱水穩定、水壓強勁，用起來很舒服。 早餐種類豐富，中西式選擇都有，食材新鮮，補餐速度也快，感受到飯店對品質的堅持。若有時間，也非常推薦飯店內的餐廳，無論中餐還是西餐都有水準。 整體來說，無論是硬體設施還是服務細節，漢來大飯店都展現出極高的專業水準，是一次無可挑剔的住宿體驗。不論是商務或度假，都非常推薦，也期待下 昂

環境好，周邊配套好，方便。就在高爾夫球場，網球場環抱中，周邊的Danny餐廳是最愛，高爾夫球場裏也有一個西餐廳，看着球場，美極了。

The hotel staff are extremely kind and their hospitality is well appreciated. I called the hotel one day before the stay as it woild be my son's birthday that day. I was wondering if I can get a small cake or dessert with a birthday message to give my sin a surprise, since my English is bad I made two calls to the front desk as well as lefe a message, the hotel staff recognizes me immediately when I was checking in and made arrangement exceeding my expectation. I was more than happy to recommend this place to others not only because its facilities but more because of its staff, from front desk to bar tender, as to the director who made my life much easier. Thank you very much.

滿意的出行

這是最糟糕的 房間裡的桌子上全是灰塵，也沒有沐浴乳。 工作人員不友善

總的來說，這是一個住宿的好地方，房間有點過時，我們遇到浴缸不排水的問題，我們打電話給客房服務人員，但沒有人接聽。浴缸最終排乾了，但下次我們去使用它時又發生了這種情況。游泳池很棒，但按摩浴缸有點髒。

房間乾淨，前台服務員很好👍
