When I walked in the hotel, I wasn’t greeted or directed to check-in. When I was looking for reception, the employees seemed busy. During check in, I asked about a lake view and was told I needed to pay extra. The receptionist (I think her name’s Emma?) who checked me in was quite nice. The room itself was decent but outdated and a bit noisy. All the other employees seemed a bit cold. However, this hotel does charge lower prices compared to Geneva. The room service was very expensive. Eventually my room was changed the next day. The room was nice but the soundproofing from other rooms was horrible as the young couple next to be were screaming and shouting and was being so loud, I don’t feel safe at all around midnight. The security came up and didn’t find anything. I was scared for my safety because the walls were paper thin and the man sounded very aggressive. Security came up twice and didn’t really do anything. The couple again talked very loudly the next morning almost as the man was having a manic episode. I freaked out and left
