We understand that a mix-up with the booking dates added stress to your visit, and we're sorry this contributed to a frustrating experience. We regret if this wasn’t communicated clearly at the time.We’re also sorry to hear about the concerns raised regarding the pool temperature, key card issue, and the interactions you had with staff.
