酒店位置不錯，就是貴點，沒有免費的停車場。適合旅遊居住。房間很小，總共也就是60個房間。距離商業街很方便。

服務很不錯

Location was ok; 5-10 minutes walk from metro station. There restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, fast food, supermarket within a 5-20 minutes walk. We arrived early so we couldn't check in. But the wifi was available at the breakfast area and we kept busy until our room was ready. There is a lift! although small it's still good that we don't have to lug heavy luggage up stairs. The room was clean although small. With the 2 of us we are constantly bumping into each other and the suitcases. In spite of that it was still comfortable for our sleep. I thought it was ingenious how they squeeze in a double bed, desk wardrobe, safe mini fridge and drink station in such a small space. It's everything we need. The staff were very helpful. We were there for the Bastille Day celebrations and needed information on where to go. But no, DO NOT go to Champ de Mars just 1 hour before the fireworks start as they suggested. We went 6 hours earlier and there were already many people. We found places. One hour later there wasn't even walking space.

Die Rezeptionisten waren äußerst höflich, herzlich und freundlich. Sie haben uns bei all unseren Zweifeln geholfen und verfügten über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und duftend. Und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Neben einer U-Bahnstation und mehreren Restaurants und Supermärkten. Negative Punkte waren: Die Internetverbindung in unserem Zimmer war sehr schwach und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war ebenfalls niedrig.

Hotel bien situé à proximité des cinemas et restaurants. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Petit déjeuner servi sur des petites tables - pas très confortable ! Chambre et salle de bains très petites, presque pas de place pour déballer ses valises. Hôtel ne méritant pas les 3 étoiles

I have just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make it a special memory for my son’s 10th Birthday. Leaving balloons and two chocolate muffins in our room. The hotel was clean with good amenities within a fantastic location with easy access to sites we wanted to visit. Breakfast was ample and of good value. As other reviews stated there was light noise from the nearby metro however, after being out all day it didn’t keep us awake as others stated and there is free ear plugs left in our room if needed which we didn’t. Thank you again best western I would stay again

L'hôtel est bien placé, ainsi que le quartier de Montparnasse joliment animé. chambre basique, pdj copieux. Le seul problème ce que le night de samedi 02 décembre 2023, m'a bizarrement draguée avec une lourdeur incroyable, me demandant mon numéro puis a essayer même insta et compagnie..... Je ne reviendrai plus....

Hotel très bruyant, particulièrement l’ascenseur qui fait un bruit infernal. Et lit trop court (mes pieds dépassaient). Cela ne compense pas du tout la bonne situation. Personnel sympa en revanche. Expérience décevante. Je n’y retournerai pas.

the hotel is well located, and it's nicely lively in Montparnasse district. basic room. Basic breakfast. the only problem is that the night receptionist of Saturday Nouvembre 18, 2023, strangely flirted with my wife with incredible heaviness, asking for her number then tried even asking Instagram and company..... I won't come back again.....

This was a very good location for walking and central for access to transit. My room and bedding were very clean, no signs of bugs anywhere. The water pressure in the shower was low, but i was also up on the top floor, and I'm used to strong pressure back home. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast, but I ate elsewhere as I was excited to explore the city. The elevator is tiny, max 3 people without luggage, probably not wheelchair accessible. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel horrible que je déconseille surtout à toutes femmes .. personnels à fuir j'ai passé deux nuits de calvaire le lundi soir 06 novembre... Dès mon arrivée le night n'a pas arrêté de poser des questions personnelles , tu es en couple? Tu me trouves comment ? Je ne suis pas ton type ? franchement c'est quoi ça!! .. après il a demandé mon contact personnel en me disant que je te trouve mignonne et fraîche.. il a insisté de m'accompagner à la chambre avec des regards pervers, vers 00h30 il a frappé à ma porte plusieurs fois j'ai failli appeler la police tellement j'étais pas en sécurité .. Quand j'ai informé les réceptionnistes le matin, personnes m'a pris au sérieux !! ça se voit que y'a une complicité entre le personnel et une négligence envers les clients... Je ne comprends pas comment vous laisser des gens non professionnel qui draguent les clients à travailler librement dans votre établissement ?? c'est dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé et le quartier est trop calme, de toutes façons je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel honteux... Quelle honte !

Lit trop grande pour la chambre. Salle de bains très étroite. Ascenseur trop bruyant. Prix trop élevé pour ce genre d’inconvénients ! La bonne situation géographique ne compense pas ces faiblesses. Service très efficace

Personnel et accueil très professionnel. Mais la chambre n'était pas propre, sur trois jours et deux nuits, les draps (qui étaient tâché dans un coin) n'ont pas été changé, pas un coup d'aspirateur dans la chambre. La propreté initiale n'était pas au rendez vous des standards qu'on peut attendre de ce genre d'enseigne. Attention au wc, il n'est pas fixé au sol... On est bien insonorisé côté rue, par contre côté couloir et ascenceur c'est une autre histoire, c'est hyper bruyant. Et comble du bonheur, on ressent le passage du métro toutes les 5/6 minutes jusqu'au 4ème étage. Le prix est donc particulièrement élevé en regard de la qualité et des services proposés. à éviter.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel bienveillant et professionnel. La chambre était très bien, ainsi que le reste des équipements. Pdj complet et bien préparé. Je recommande cet hôtel à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent profiter de Paris!
