我喜歡這個holiday inn。首先床墊超級舒服，不硬也不是很軟讓人要疼那種。然後早餐非常豐富還要很多水果。離機場也近 不需要擔心交通

前台服務欠缺！表情有點不耐煩！早餐可以！服務到位

I will never stay here again for I needed to change the date and they were not willing to work with me at all. So I just wasted money for i was not in town that night. When people are willing to work with you it’s always a better outcome. They need to work on their customer service skills. I have stayed there many times and would have continued until now and I will stop recommending them as well. Have a blessed day

When I checked in, I was told that my room wasn’t ready and told to step aside so the clerk could help another guest. I then talked to another clerk, and she was able to get me into a room. The first clerk was very rude and abrupt. Check in time is listed as 3:00 pm and I showed up at 3:20 pm. I expect a room to be ready when I show up. I also have pictures of the condition of the room. From broken lamp shade to scratches on the walls. I was not very impressed for the amount of money that I paid for the stay.

They are completely out of bar soap when i asked for some to shower- there was only one bar soap in my room for hand washing at the sink. The reason i was given was, because of the recent ice storms, their vendor hasn't been coming. However, the ice has melted and was gone when i drove into DFW today. The weather certainly wouldn't have prevented a vendor from coming in today. Having bar soap for the shower is a really basic thing to expect from a hotel. How did they get their other supplies these last few days? Cant they buy travel sized body wash or bar soap from Walmart? I am upset that i paid for a room and cant take a shower (without washing my body with shampoo, which is ridiculous)

El día martes no hicieron el cuarto, lo dejamos desde 9.30am y regresamos a las 4pm. Reclamamos y nos comentaron q las personas de limpieza ya no estaban a las 5 pm Hicimos la reclamación en el hotel

On the days I was there, they didn't clean the room, they didn't take out the trash, they didn't put clean towels, they charged something that didn't apply to my TC, unfortunately I don't recommend it.

You walked in and it was extremely hot and get to our room same thing I turned it down to the lowest setting still never cooled down. The room was clean but they didn’t do anything to see if they could get ac fixed.

I did not make my stay. The soccer tournament my daughter was scheduled to attend was canceled. We were scheduled to stay Friday and Saturday night. The tournament was canceled on Friday the day of my stay. When I contacted the hotel services they would not let me cancel my visit without charging me for one night. I have never had an issue before with canceling a room especially when the event had been canceled or moved. The front desk was not helpful or understanding of the situation at all. I will never book here again.

It was such a horrible stay. I had to leave early and when checking out, the lady at the front said so you needed the room just for a few hours? Right infront of my girl. My girl was so offended. I would not book here again.

Very disappointed in stay didn’t have coffee stocked in room when went down to desk to get coffee at 6:30 none was made and was treated like was bothering the clerk. Breakfast was only available for purchase and not available until 7:30am looked like pretty pitiful breakfast trying to charge 10.99 for. Then not a single ice machine worked in the hotel.

“Breakfast available” means you can pay $10 per person, per day for a muffin and coffee. I was quite angry. Then they charged my room for 4x breakfast (we did NOT eat with them). I am still waiting on the refunded promised by the front desk. Also, tried to extend for 1 night. Front desk explained it would be an additional $50 more than the original reservation. They were not full by any means. We went somewhere else. Rooms were clean, but extremely disappointed in this hotel service. They still owe me money!!

I would like a FULL REFUND due to the fact that when my wife and I left for dinner we reported to the front desk that our AC unit was not working. We were told we had to use a "remote control" to operate the AC. Front desk told us it would be resolved before our return from dinner and it was not. We checked out when returning from dinner and explained why we were checking out and inn keeper exclaimed "oh you're the ones who needed the remote. I have it right here. She forgot the room number of who needed this" I told him to not worry about it we were leaving to another hotel. Please correct this and refund all charges to my card. Thank you...
