入住無熱水洗澡供應的酒店，交涉半天，前台竟然因為主管下班無法有任何答覆。考驗身體極限，天氣10度左右沖涼澡。~望天無語。

Great service, friendly staff. Room and bed were comfy pillows could be different but still slept like a baby

Parking was difficult as my vehicle didn’t fit in lost spaces. I had to park in thier lot across the stress which is also a homeless camp. We watched someone get drug by the hair while trying to load up the car. Not great.

The initial welcome was inflexible as we had arrived early after a very long drive and was told we could not check in. The hotel was certainly not busy so could we not have been offered a room that was ready? The breakfast was extremely limited and all food was cleared away promptly at 9am even if you had arrived at 8.50 and had not had time to choose.

Very unsafe neighbourhood! $250 Pet fee!!! Outrageous! And I was told this was a special fee for me! Wow! And this is with not one pet accident in the room. Crazy. Parked where we were told to park and then the staff did nothing to get us out, after a snowstorm, and didn’t care! We were stuck there. They literally didn’t care we were stuck for over a day! Horrible.

When the sun goes down watch out you dont get robbed going to and from the hotel. Air conditioner was broken, blood or poop stained the curtains, cigarette burns all over the carpet. Bed was broken, piss stains around the toilet from the last person... Save yourself a head ache and stay at the Hilton.

i got bug bites from hotel but they refuse to accept this . My both arms badly bruised with rash.if you want i can send you picture and i report about it but no response.

La chambre sentait la sueur, le rideau de douche puait l’humidité. Le dosseret de lit avait pleins de coulisses ainsi que le miroir de la salle de bain. Personnel sympathique.

The hotel was -okay- but the area was very sketchy. Homeless people sleeping near the hotel entrance, park across the road full of homeless people. Found needles when walking our dog. Loud outside of hotel. Parking was down the road where the police station is with no direct access to hotel from parking. You walk down the road among the drug *******. I don’t blame the hotel for that but we will never stay here again. Hotel wasn’t very clean. Blood on shower curtain etc. Best part was the continental breakfast.

A great location for a concert at Knox Hall down the street. A very clean and quiet hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved that it’s downtown and you have options to walk to places instead of driving. Hotel room was great, love carpet instead of wood. They can definitely add more water pressure to the shower, make it look more modern, update the tv ( bluetooth friendly). It has a lot of potential if they update certain areas in the room.

Thought we’d stay at this property despite the reviews given that my wife and I worked there 20 years ago and we thought the nostalgia would be nice. It was a sketchy area 20 years ago and it’s worse now. Room was depressing and outdated. Not a place I’d stay again.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare as the lot across the street was full and the access to the few spots were blocked for quite a while. The car in blocking eventually moved and I was able to get a spot without further issue. Everything else was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, accomodating and wonderful. Would absolutely stay again!
