紐約切爾西萬麗飯店的評論

酒店周邊很熱鬧，街口有大型超市，水果品種很多。房間小，設施舊，房間的花灑不好用，洗手盆有污垢。紐約酒店貴但服務一般，跟國內便捷酒店水平差不多。4個電梯，最多開3個給住客使用（晚上開2個），其餘的電梯圍起來內部使用，所以住客等電梯經常排隊。再説一下保潔，我訂了五晚，第一個白天因為忘記拿下請勿打擾的牌子就沒搞衞生，第二天上午11點出門前把牌子摘了，下午回來一看還是沒搞衞生，跑去跟前台説，前台一句道歉的話都沒有，衹是告知你保潔下班了，那時是下午6點。後面幾天正常保潔，但會有時忘記倒垃圾。退房那天9點來敲門問要不要保潔，你不知道今天我要退房嗎？

房間的床很舒服，風景很好，很乾凈。

It was absolutely brilliant at Renaissance New York Chelsea from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff arranged a room with amazing view per our request and explained well for everything the hotel could offer. Room is morden, chic, spacious with great amenities and friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast was buffet style which was better than we expected and the hotel provides bottled water at the lobby throughout the day. We would highly recommend it!

Nice interiors, clean, good service, great location. Free water at the lobby is such a nice touch!

房間比較小，樓下有pub週末營業，週末住的時候很影響電梯效率。交通便利，周邊超市很多，**舅，whole food market 5分鐘內。

服務一般吧

算是性價比不錯的酒店，很喜歡 地段的交通方便快捷 安全 體驗很好 服務人員很不錯 總之 是一家我還願意再回來住的酒店

算是紐約市中心很乾凈的酒店了
