伍德伯裡公園飯店及高爾夫俱樂部(Woodbury Park Hotel & Spa)

透過trip.com 預訂了2 晚的生日住宿…直接打電話給飯店，告知他們我們的住宿情況，並詢問我們是否需要預訂餐廳吃晚餐，但被告知不需要，我們到達後可以這樣做，為自己預訂了一次護理&老公…抵達後，我們被告知餐廳僅在我們住宿的第一晚開放，而且早餐需額外收費… 食物很糟糕……晚餐是一份沙朗牛排、一把薯片和沙拉葉，價格為23 英鎊，這頓飯沒有洋蔥圈或蘑菇等，牛排煮得太熟了，早餐更糟糕，培根耐嚼，炒蛋水汪汪的，沒有烤豆，最重要的是，他們收取10 英鎊的全套英式早餐或6 英鎊的歐陸式早餐，在我看來，之前在其他酒店的住宿早餐是免費的，或者如果你需要額外付費，至少你可以得到歐陸式早餐和熟食早餐，我實際上花了 10 英鎊買了培根、香腸、薯餅、炒雞蛋和蘑菇，這些都煮過頭了… 房間的裝飾有點陳舊，浴室沒有通風，所以淋浴後變得非常潮濕，所以你看不清浴室本身... 我第二天早上打電話被告知，由於員工生病，他們不得不取消我們的水療護理……由於這是生日款待，這是我們住在酒店的唯一原因，這樣我們就可以使用水療設施並享受特別的一天… 有些員工很愉快，但其他員工卻有點粗魯，可能是因為員工短缺，所以有點累，但你工作的行業需要始終保持微笑和禮貌… 總的來說，我的住宿體驗並不愉快，導致我們早餐後不久就離開了，並且不想再住一晚……目前正在等待我們沒有入住的那晚的退款☹️☹️☹️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel except for the restaurant. It was a very limited menu and two of the items on the menu were not available. Would not recommend the restaurant.

General cleanliness has gone downhill in the past few weeks. Shampoo/shower gel was empty. Staff super friendly as always, just feels like it's not what as good as it used to be.

Well where to begin, we booked a double deluxe room which showed a balcony over looking the golf course, but we got a suite over looking the car park! The room was very tired, bathroom in desperate need of modernisation & the mattress was very uncomfortable. We had a table booked in the restaurant, waited an hour for our meal, which was awful & certainly not worth the money we paid. We probably would have got a better frozen Tesco ready meal! The staff were not attentive, we had to ask for another drink & the bill as they were nowhere to be seen. No one asked how our meal was or if everything was ok at any point. Multiple people were also complaining about the food. Wish we had checked online reviews beforehand! We had a pleasant few hours in the pool & spa, which was enjoyable, although the floor could have been cleaner as it was busy, but that’s just one of those things I guess. I don’t feel we will be returning to this hotel sadly.

The Swiss Lodge was perfect for our stay. A country getaway was what we were looking forward to and got exactly this. The rooms were comfortable and had individual temperature controls. The kitchen and living room was spacious and ideal for our group. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I will definitely visit here again

2nd stay at hotel for business, really like the hotel and the room , food in bar is ok and staff are friendly although the restaurant meals, breakfast and dinner are not great Will definetly stay again but may look to eat elsewhere in the evening

Although a little out the way , the hotel was comfortable and affordable. A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa treatments. I would strongly advise booking well before trip. We also had trouble trying to get a taxi , and was told that it would cost around £20 each way. If you want to visit Exeter or Exmouth I would suggest staying closer to town.

We stayed in a lodge and it was fantastic! The rooms and also spa facilities were great. Thank you!

Staff was very kind, amazing, beautiful people. Food was the most delicious and hotel room very clean and tidy.
