This hotel was perfect for us as a couple. We wanted to be just outside the city but be within a 15 to 20 min drive. Most places were under a 20 min drive. The staff were friendly, breakfast was stocked, was clean and had a great restaurant attached to it! Would stay there again if we come back to Nashville! Free shuttle from 4pm to midnight to downtown while we were staying there and also a free shuttle to the Titans Game! Very pleased. Thankyou!

The room was super clean and it was a nice touch that when I walked into the room, the tv said welcome and then my name. The only "bad" part was the room was a bit warm and I could not crank the air down any further but other than that, it was a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant...slept like a baby on the beds...they needed more help in the kitchen for breakfast though as many items were needing to be replenished...

Room was nice and clean after we were moved to a different room due to a broken TV. Breakfast was ok, I've had better at different Hampton's, but it was a great thing to have available.

We stayed at the hotel as our destination was very close. The hotel seemed to be new as it was in perfect shape. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a great gym, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. Everything was in order.

I booked a stay at the hotel for May 19th through the 23rd, and I was welcomed by the front desk team, who were amazing my entire stay. They made my family feel comfortable and gave excellent customer service. I specifically wanted to give acknowledgment to Whitney (I hope it it spelled correctly). She was the first person I interacted with, so I remembered her name.  I requested a room away from the elevator for my 8 month old. As a new father, I wanted to ensure that my daughter was able to sleep so that she would keep quiet and not disturb the other guests in the hotel. Whitney was quite helpful and didn't hesitate to assist me with my request. As fas as the room goes, it was clean, and I didn't find any issues with the bed, bathroom or furniture. I was able to get good nights of sleep and woke up to a free breakfast every morning. There is ample amount of parking and there is a pizza restaurant connected to the hotel which is a plus so you wouldn't have to leave if you didn't need to. I honestly wish I were able to remember the names of the other concierge team because they all gave outstanding service. I will definitely give my business here and recommendation for others if they needed a hotel in Nashville.

Management and employees need to better understand their availability for additional nights. I had been told I could book another night, then when confirming next employee said no availability, suggested I talk to manager who wasn't available . . .

The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially appreciated was the shuttle to downtown Nashville. Very convenient and our driver was very helpful in letting us know places to go .

Clean rooms. Good location for where we were visiting. Nice surrounding area. Solid breakfast. Liked that there was a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. We ate there both nights and were not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was outstanding. I had a couple of small needs during my stay, and they attacked them like it was a great big deal. Super friendly, super competent! Best Hotel staff I've EVER encountered, and I have traveled frequently for years!!

This property was good. Great service and breakfast buffet was good. Would have liked for the rooms to be a little more clean upon arrival but other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel has an excellent breakfast area. An indoor pool was great to be able to use in the late March weather, though a little cooler water temp. than I prefer. Very pleasant and helpful staff!
