We only stayed one night and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was walkable to the riverfront. The hotel shuttle service into downtown was also very convenient and Ryan shared a few hints and tips on what to see in our limited time! We also really enjoyed the bar area with live music. All in all, good value for money.

The very best thing about this motel is the man who drives you to where you want to go. We loved Jazz, he is from Jamaica. I loved his accent. We just would call and he would come pick us up. This motel was too long for me to walk. I just finished chemo and radiation.

Saw some chipped paint on the bathroom door from wear and tear it looked liked. Also really feel like that Hilton Members or those who stay at this hotel should be able to get complimentary breakfast instead of having to pay and all. I can understand if it was an actual restaurant inside the hotel, but it really was not. Overall everything else was good.

This place is nothing special - used to be a Comfort Suites, and that's what Uber drivers Maps still show it as. It's got fresh paint, but the cost is WAY out of line. I mean the value was probably the lowest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. It is barely on the edge of the downtown area, and you really shouldn't walk to get there at night from this location. The buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon was another thirty-five bucks for my wife and I - seriously? I was NEVER able to get on WiFi - tried calling the front desk twice for help, but never got an answer. Just stay somewhere else so you don't end up frustrated for paying for one night a a place where the same spend gets you four nights at an equivalent hotel.

No habia agua en la habitacion, nisiquiera 2 por hidratacion. Tenia una cafetera con 1 sola capsula para 4 adultos y tampoco dejaron vasos. El desayuno no estaba incluido. Al momento de ir a desayunar le pregunte a la señora que estaba encargada del comedor que habia para desayunar y no me entio. Me pedia mi número de habitacion con insistencia y yo le informaba que solo queria ver que tenian para ofrecer de desayuno. La señora literalmente me correteo por el lugar como si yo pretendia tomar desayuno sin pagar. Lo unico que queria era ver lo que ofrecian par notificarle a mi grupo familiar y tomar la decision de Tomar desayuno alli o no.. la verdad que por esa actitud decidi recojer todas las pertencias y retirarnos antes de la hora y salir a desayunar fuera.

This was our first trip to Savannah. The staff was really helpful. They helped us map routes to attractions and restaurants that should not be missed. We like to park the car and walk to our destination as much as possible. And although, we were a little farther from the downtown and City Market, the savings made it worth the extra half mile of walking to get to the places we wanted to go. The Bluff also has a shuttle that can get you to some more convenient places to start your walks from as well. The staff, especially Cat, was great at helping out with that.

Hotel is close enough to River Street to feel like you are part of Savannah riverfront without some of the noise. Front desk reception was less than friendly all 4 days of our stay. They didn't seem eager or willing to help. We stayed 3 nights, requested new towels & our trash to be emptied after the 2nd night & our room was never serviced. We chased down a cleaning attendant for fresh towels around 4 pm on Day 3. They advertise Shuttle Service from 2 pm-10 pm to 4 stops on River Street. In fact, they only drop off/pick up at "The Plant" and service stops before 10 pm. On the flip side, the shuttle driver is friendly & personable and we loved him when front desk made him available. There was 2 separate A/C units in our suite. One was freezing & stayed below set temp & the other was hot and wouldn't go down to set temp. We appreciated the large bathroom & the shower pressure was the highlight! Overall it's a nice place, but we will try a different property next time where we feel welcomed.

This hotel is overpriced $450/night for what it offers. The room is fairly nice, but not overly big and the bathroom is quite small. Location is not ideal - 3 blocks from the farthest end of the historic area. There is minimal or no sidewalk for walking to the historic area. There is a busy road right next to hotel and traffic can be heard throughout the night, some very loud. They only service your room once every 4 days unless you call and request it by 9 a.m. Coffee maker was broken with no way to fix or replace it. After I made two complaints I was given free coffee at breakfast bar. I was told by several employees that many guests had broken coffee makers. Breakfast was overpriced $15.99 for crumbly, dry, powdered eggs, extremely salty bacon and gluey grits. Beverage canisters were both empty and not refilled. I have had better for free. Parking was just a self park open lot for another $20 a night. If this hotel was $250 a night some of this would be expected but not at this price point. The lobby and bar area is attractive and staff were polite and did their best. Front desk staff did come up speak to loud guests in the hall still partying at 3:30 a.m. after we called to complain. The problems seem to be policy, maintenance and price related rather that front line staff.

The hotel staff was probably the best I’ve seen. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had multiple items not available due to lack of availability. (I.e. eggs, etc.) Unfortunately, this hotel is not extremely close to other restaurants, etc.

Hyatt Regency in Savannah Georgia was a very nice hotel to stay. It was an interior room but the partial balcony view was very lovely. Very clean and exceptional friendly staff. Close to everything in the District area. These pics are from the fifth floor interior view down below.

The hotel overall was nice. Its was clean, well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a charge for breakfast and coffee but the parking was only $20 a day which is a good deal in Savannah. There was no where to sit outside is my only complaint. The hotel is close to River St and the Plant Riverside District. Was able to walk to my favorite places.

Nice hotel, clean and redone. It is located outside of the main historic district so a bit of a walk. They also have a shuttle service that can take you to one of four main stops in the district. Would stay there again.
