The staffs are so nice. The room is so homey and location is accessible to malls. We love the homey vibes because of the appliances such as microwave, fridge and water heater. Complimentary hygiene kits and drinks was over the top. The pool area is not crowded and feels like heated. Would definitely come back.

it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment we arrived at Azumi, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The lobby was beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with traditional touches that immediately made us feel at home.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we especially loved the cozy bed and thoughtful details throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was the sweet gesture of a birthday card left for my mom, which made her day feel even more special. Molito and ATC is just across the road, and there is a 7 eleven nearby which made our more convenient. The pool was heated which is a plus. We also loved the Alabang city view from the pool. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator, which tended to get crowded during peak hours, so we had to wait a bit longer at times. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely consider staying again.

I found this place for staycation in trip.com and I would definitely recommend the place. The hotel is a humble place, lobby/reception area is a little bit small it could use some improvements. There were also 2 elevators so have patience when waiting for your turn. Other than that I was greeted by a warm smile at the reception when I check in and it says there's deposit policy but the reception said he will waiver it as it has been already fully paid. Absolutely love the garden room. Love the infinity pool also. I'll be back here again for another staycation.

This is our go-to staycation hotel: we always seem to end up extending our stays! Am writing this review while drinking a cool beer by the rooftop pool looking out over the lagoon and to the cloud-kissed mountains north. We love the Filipino restaurant on the ground floor. The staff are (as you should expect) gracious and helpful and friendly. BUT they're also efficient and capable... which is a bit of a rarity here! At this price point you CANNOT do better. And I would seriously consider a long-term stay if things here work out. Great location for nearby restaurants and mall options!

The hotel is not as big as other hotels but hey, they can compete or even beat those large hotels when it comes to their facilities and how clean their areas are. From the moment we check in up to the check out day, there has been no issue with cleanliness. I would like to comment the fresh relaxing scent of the hotel --what's that scent? I would like to get one for our home as well 😂 Their system is also synchronized. They have a keycard operated elevator and door so you can make sure only authorized guests can come in. They have this QR code inside the room which you can scan and order services (laundry, tech issues, spa, etc) specifically for your room number. The wifi tho 🥲 it's unstable but good thing we have our data so we survived. 😅 The famous infinity pool at the penthouse is so so relaxing --full city view and warm water so you will be comfortable since the wind is chilly. They also have a separate shower and changing room w/ toilet. The breakfast buffet in Romulo's Cafe is also reasonable. There is not much choices unlike the big chain buffets so you need to manage your expectations but the food is delicious, you will be satisfied. The bread is a little bit old I think because even if I reheated it in the oven toaster, it's still stale. But overall, it's just a great experience. Til next time! We will surely come back. Clean, spacious and cozy. The place smells nice and is very relaxing. Service is good and they did not hesitate to bring us an extra blanket for my son when we requested. Will definitely stay here again

I stayed here a month ago to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were wonderful, but I was concerned about the condition of the pool as it did not seem properly maintained. A few days after swimming, I was hospitalized for a month, diagnosed with cellulitis, and had to undergo three operations because of it. This was the first time I experienced something like this despite using many hotel pools before. I truly hope management can look into this matter and improve pool sanitation for the safety of future guests.
