艾瑞斯飯店和水療中心 - 洛杉磯森林(Ayres Hotel & Spa Mission Viejo - Lake Forest)

I have to say that this is a very upscale hotel (way off the beaten path and quite hidden even tucked away from the I-5 North freeway in Orange County CA. quiet surroundings). I was greeted by a very nice guy named "Cody" he was pleasant, professional, informative, and helpful. Gave me a sense of enjoyment from the very start of my overnight "last of the 60's birthday celebration" The room was spacious and clean. Glad that it has a fridge and a microwave. Parking was free and plentiful. I went out to have dinner and asked him for a local/nearby Mexican restaurant and a gentleman that he was assisting at the time at the desk gave me a recommendation of one - it turned out to be very good. The full breakfast was good the next morning (NOT continental at all). I would absolutely stay there again.

I would like a refund as we were asked to leave the hotel at 3:30am because we grabbed 2 beers from the downstairs lobby store. I live in FL and cutoff is at 4am. The front desk associate was so rude, and to top it off it took us 2 hours to find a new hotel.

Think there was bugs in the bedding got bit a bunch of times no use saying anything not like they would give you a free room or anything

Guest room is well kept and clean. Atmosphere in and around is relax, friendly.

It’s a beautiful property, clean, and well kept. We had a room facing the road and it was pretty noisy, the windows are not up to it. Also, the breakfast provided is really not great.

Hotel itself was very nice. Only problem was how dim the lighting was in the resturant. You know its dim when we were using the flashlight function on our phones to read the menu!
