美麗的位置，很棒的酒店，我們喜歡它。一項改進是，在自助早餐和自助晚餐中加入印度美食，這樣我們下次就不會對食物感到失望，而這次我們對此感到非常失望。如果不是正宗的印度菜，至少蔬菜披薩可以，因為大多數印度人喜歡披薩。

Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga). Service and food could be better. Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective. Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island. Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Excellent séjour au Coral Azur !  Petit déjeuner et dîner très variés, plats excellents !  La piscine est très agréable, et les plages sont à quelques minutes de l’hôtel. Bravo pour l’animation en journée et les soirées très conviviales.  Le personnel est toujours à l’écoute. Un grand merci à l’équipe.  Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

挺好的，環境不錯，中文管家入住時候幫着介紹酒店，後來沒有看到，不過他也留了聯繫方式可以找到他，我們英文還過得去就沒有再麻煩人家。酒店環境很美特別喜歡這個室外洗澡區，就是酒店因為是森林環境會有大蟑螂，看到2次。後來在其他酒店沒有看到(>﹏<)。像我這種特別怕蟲子的不適合單獨入住，在有家人陪伴下還是不錯的。早餐可以去自助餐廳和法餐廳，法餐廳種類少些不過就在海邊。酒店有自己的停車區。酒店離着植物園和super u 大灣開車都不算遠

酒店在北部，機場是南部吧（有點暈），離機場開車50分鐘。海邊一條都是酒店，這個法國酒店當地3星，酒店不大但還是漂亮的，有時間的可以泡酒店一天。 酒店挺私密的，出門左邊有個超市，右邊有餐廳和一些店，賣的衣服什麼的就是遊客價。右邊走出去離海邊近，還有個警察局。離路易港15左右 服務人員都不錯的，早餐能吃飽但東西真的少…… 講法語比英語更有優勢。spa提前48小時預定有8折，也能預訂直升機各種玩兒的。 酒店不提供拖鞋牙刷，請自備，還有轉換插頭。 7號退房的時候，前台要收160說房裡的2瓶水是收費的，媽蛋，check in的小哥明明就說是免費的，旁邊還有茶包咖啡包呢，你什麼標籤說明都沒有，小瓶子水外麪賣10來盧比你收80？？？ 我着急等朋友送我去機場沒有去扯。 總之，去毛球的朋友特別注意看小費小票吧，餐廳，超市的都要注意，坑中國人的比較多。小費1-2美金每天，如果遇到服務人員不打招呼自己提前扣小費的，養成習慣了就是中國人人傻錢多。

酒店位置比較偏，在別墅區裏，適合泡酒店。晚上不定時有雞尾酒會
