C’est la 1ere fois que j’expérimente un hôtel de la marque OBEROI. J’ai été comblée. Tout était parfait depuis l’accueil à l’aéroport jusqu’à notre départ. Le personnel est fantastique, la beauté et le confort de la villa exceptionnelles, le Resort est paradisiaque, le service irréprochable, la table délicieuse, tout le monde aux petits soins, le spa exceptionnel. Bravo et merci pour ce séjour de rêve.

Had a wonderful 12 night stay to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The surroundings are truly beautiful and very well maintained. The accommodation was very comfortable we had a lovely view of the garden and the sea. The food was delicious we ate at both the restaurant and on the rocks and never got bored I would like to thank all the staff who all went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable, so much so that I booked next year’s trip on the day I returned home

The Oberoi Mauritius is an amazing resort by the beach and we had the chance to stay there for 3 nights in a lovely villa with a (HUGE) pool! The service was excellent super attentive even though sometimes a little bit slow at dinner. Talking about dinner, the food was always really good with a large selection of options and perfectly well executed. Even though the beach at The Oberoi is not the nicest one we've seen, it still offered us some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen as it's facing the west side. Do not miss these beautiful sunsets with a little cocktail on the beach. The resort itself is very beautiful with lots of greens everywhere, letting you enjoy some (highly necessary) post lunch/dinner walks. Finally, the villa was extremely comfortable, spacious and with a very big pool. Even though we were there in "winter" when outside temperature are cold, the pool was still at a very pleasant 28° which was just perfect. I would definitely recommend The Oberoi in Mauritius for anyone looking for a small luxury resort. Many resorts in Mauritius are BIG (150++ rooms) whereas The Oberoi has approximately 70 which makes it super private which we really enjoyed.

My husband and I stayed for 4 days in July 2023, as part of a larger trip to Mauritius, to celebrate our 5 year wedding an anniversary. From the beginning everything was taken care of and incredibly slick, but still personable and very friendly. We were staying in a Villa with a private swimming pool and terrace. The property and gardens are maintained to an incredibly high standard. Our Villa and surrounding private garden area was no exception. We arrived to a lovely selection of welcome gifts including a bottle of wine and a cake to mark our anniversary. The Villa was spacious and well laid out with an adjacent dressing room and large bathroom area with tub and shower overlooking a private courtyard. We opted for the ‘half-board’ option which worked out well for us and would recommend doing this as it removes a lot of stress in the process. All of the food we had was really to a very high standard but would recommend the Butter Chicken! The grounds are extensive with two swimming pools (one is slightly hidden and only for Adults). The coastline near the hotel is a little rocky so if you’re a beach and swim person this may not be the beat choice however the gardens, pools and restaurant facilities make up for this. We dined at two of the three restaurants during our stay and also had a private dining experience on the beach for the actual day of our anniversary. Again everything was dealt with perfectly with little or no stress or inconvenience to us. Also on the day of our anniversary the team furnished us with personalised gifts and treats to celebrate our special day and decorated the room (in a tasteful manner). One of the mornings we had a ‘floating breakfast’ experience in the private pool which was very unique and would recommend if you’re staying in one of the villas. We used the gym facilities and the tennis courts extensively. The facilities are modern and well equipped. The Oberoi is a fantastic place to visit and we would highly recommend.
