酒店位置特別棒，靠近一個大型商場，購物吃飯非常方便！酒店工作人員服務很熱情，酒店環境很好，衞生也好！

位置非常方便，因為它毗鄰一個大購物中心，那裡什麼都有。工作人員也很好，早餐還可以。但房間品質不好，內部不寬敞，不方便放置物品。床很舒服，電視不能用。價格很棒。

It is a great place to lodge during visit in Mauritius. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat. The bagatale mall next to the hotel is a good market place and it has different type of restaurants. However room service is not provided by the hotel. We have to take our baggage by ourselves in check in and check out. It is better if can provide room service for such cases.

The restaurant staff are all so wonderful and made my stay exponentially better. Truly, all so lovely with excellent service. The rooms were modern and clean, though the bed was quite firm and uncomfortable, causing me to wake up with back pain every morning. My toilet was also partially broken in that the water would run for 20 minutes after every flush. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done to resolve it. Overall an adequate stay, though.

Nice hotel but need some more emphasis on cleaning the room issues. In my room i found hairs and some ants. I understand that a room that close to the nature can have some bugs but the hotel have to do something about that. Beside that it was a very nice hotel and i had some great time there. Also the spot is fantastic.

The room had a smell. overall it was nothing special! The price does not correspond to the room. and it is definitely NOT 3 or 4 stars. it's a solid 2.5 En français : La chambre avait une odeur. dans l'ensemble, ce n'était rien de spécial ! Le prix ne correspond pas à la chambre. et ce n'est certainement PAS 3 ni 4 étoiles. c'est un solide 2.5

Have just spent 3+ weeks staying at the Voila while on a business trip and will highly recommend this accommodation, and will stay here again. Actually, have stayed here twice in the past as this location is very well suited while traveling on business. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good. The hotel is currently undergoing a make-over and starting to look really good and up to date.

Stayed for one night only. It was a lovely hotel, great staff, good breakfast for the price. Quiet, direct access to mall, nice room with many tv channels, spacious parking, Def go back next time. No complaints.
