J'ai bien apprécié l'accueil et la qualité de service. Les services sont serviables et souriantes. Je reviens un autre jour sûrement. Il mérite un bon note.

Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels

Very nice Hotel and well serviced. Restaurant is TOP. Personnel very pleasant and willing to assist. My Hotel from now on! Will send a photo or two.

The room as very dark, basically no ceiling lights, just desk lamp and standing lamp and small spots next to the bed. Room feels dirty and on the dark floor dirt can be seen everywhere once one looks in more detail; no windows can to be opened and smell of the kitchen everywhere. Out of 5 days 3 the bathroom was merely cleaned. one day I found back the cleaners dirty rag on the sink, another the dirty towels were put in the corner but forgotten to pick up. Used teacups were not cleaned. Noisy daily at 23:30 when somewhere in the hotel the conference/dinner tables ere moved around. Keycard did not work 80% of the time, meaning waiting in line to get the card fixed; charging room service to the card takes 30 mins of explanation on how to do it. The entire hotel is a mess: service, tidiness, noise and comfort and that for 330 EUR a night!

I stayed two nights. Everything was fine. The fitness center is excellent. My only complaint is the wifi didn’t work in my room. Nobody was able to fix it. The buffets were good and the staff were generally helpful. Book the shuttle in advance because they fill up.

Goed verblijf als je een ochtendvlucht hebt. Kussens waren absoluut niet goed, voor de rest geen opmerkingen. Komen graag terug

一切都令人難以置信，服務非常好。房間有足夠的空間和免費的迷你吧，浴室很完美，配有浴袍和拖鞋等多種物品。 早餐很棒，餐廳的服務也很棒。 我只有一件事要抱怨，我支付了去機場的交通費，因為酒店不再有時刻表，但司機又向我收費，因為他說酒店沒有通知他，以免造成混亂。付了20歐元，儘管他說是在飯店提前付的。

Très bel hôtel, qui offre un confort au top pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Il est très bien situé également et très accessible. Malgré qu'il soit situé à proximité de l'aéroport, on n'entend vraiment rien (c'était une de mes craintes je l'avoue). Le personnel est agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.

Zimmer war sehr laut durch Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster zum öffnen. Aus der Klimaanlage waren Gerüche aus der Küche.

La literie est bonne, et le personnel est sympa. Par contre, nous avons pris 2 chambres, et ils nous ont proposé les chambres dans 2 étages différents. En plus, l'hôtel est géant, et il n'y avait qu'un seul ascenseur, à chaque utilisation, il faut attendre entre 5 à 15 mn pour prendre l'ascenseur ce qui était très gênant. Il n'y a pas des chauffages dans les chambres mais plutôt des climatiseurs qui diffusent de la chaleur, ça chauffe un peu, mais ça ne remplace pas un chauffage, surtout quand il fait -1 ou - 3 degrés. Sinon, tout le reste est bien (la cafétéria, le restau, la vue du 7 eme étage ...)
