布魯塞爾機場範德瓦爾克飯店(Van der Valk Hotel Brussels Airport)

J'ai bien apprécié l'accueil et la qualité de service. Les services sont serviables et souriantes. Je reviens un autre jour sûrement. Il mérite un bon note.

Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels

Very nice Hotel and well serviced. Restaurant is TOP. Personnel very pleasant and willing to assist. My Hotel from now on! Will send a photo or two.

The room as very dark, basically no ceiling lights, just desk lamp and standing lamp and small spots next to the bed. Room feels dirty and on the dark floor dirt can be seen everywhere once one looks in more detail; no windows can to be opened and smell of the kitchen everywhere. Out of 5 days 3 the bathroom was merely cleaned. one day I found back the cleaners dirty rag on the sink, another the dirty towels were put in the corner but forgotten to pick up. Used teacups were not cleaned. Noisy daily at 23:30 when somewhere in the hotel the conference/dinner tables ere moved around. Keycard did not work 80% of the time, meaning waiting in line to get the card fixed; charging room service to the card takes 30 mins of explanation on how to do it. The entire hotel is a mess: service, tidiness, noise and comfort and that for 330 EUR a night!

Terrible cleanliness. Mountains of dust in the room. Paid for mini bar not stocked. 6 calls over 5 hours and several promises later and still nothing. Had to go to front desk and even then they couldn't get it right. Bath all scratched with red marks, marks on mirrors. Breakfast good one day but lots of things missing the next day. Overall run down with horrendous customer service. Asked for a follow up from the hotels GM bit nothing yet. By far, the worst of 20 + Van der Valk hotels I've stayed at

I stayed two nights. Everything was fine. The fitness center is excellent. My only complaint is the wifi didn’t work in my room. Nobody was able to fix it. The buffets were good and the staff were generally helpful. Book the shuttle in advance because they fill up.

Tudo foi incrível , o atendimento excelente . Os quartos com muito espaço e o frigobar free, o banheiro estava perfeito com vários itens inclusive roupão e chinelos. O Café da manhã foi extraordinário e o restaurante teve um atendimento maravilhoso. Só tenho algo a reclamar , paguei o Transfer p aeroporto pois o horário não tinha mais no hotel, porém o motorista me cobrar novamente , pois disse que o hotel não informou a ele , pra não ter confusão paguei 20 euros , mesmo informando que há tinha pago no hotel antecipadamente.
