前台接待人員反應太慢，缺乏經驗……除此之外，飯店位置很好，其他方面都很棒！

海灘很髒，泳池也很糟糕。

2-BR Apt 18th floor Positive side during our stay is the view and how spacious the room is. Unfortunately we didn't know they are not designed for international guests as they are very very selective and lacking on basic services. Truly a memorable stay we will never forget that makes us not to come back again. For future guests, come early as the check-in process takes time.Take a quick check on your room and request right away such as bath towel and coffee otherwise it will take ages before they answer the phone and it reaches to your hand after multiple follow ups. To grab a spot on their Pool at 3rd flr better come early during weekends. Beach towel request it as soon as you see the staff otherwise you will find yourself dripping for hours to see them again. Food deliveries is a must unless you are a risk taker otherwise cook on your own as they provide cookware, oven, microwave and stove. We tried chicken biryani and their best seller (sorry not for me) chicken fajita with an overcharged on my card yet not even delectable. Compare to other hotels, I disagree about the wide variety on breakfast. Go there past 7 as they will start the preparations at 7 am not the buffet. I hope they change the timing mentioned during booking as it is misleading (6 am).

From the beginning of my arrival to the hotel it is not as much welcoming, from security guard to the receptionist, upon check in front desk staff is not as friendly which really turn down my mood, for my room it is perfect for the balcony it’s a plus, but the a/c not so much, when I called front desk a guy answer the phone and told me to adjust but I replied it doesn’t work, so he say he will send maintenance with an upset voice but the maintenance never came and I have to sleep with sweat. Overall it’s okay but not great.

لا يوجد بها تدفاه ، وعند ما طلبت غطا اضافي لطفلي قال لا يوجد سوء واحد حيث انه عند الحجز تم الحجز للطفل البالغ ٨ سنوات وقال اعلم لكن لا يوجد ،

im not satisfied with the service especially they let us checked in for like 4-5pm imagine and checkout at 12.
