忘拍照了，房間乾淨整潔，早餐還不錯，服務很好。但窗紗有石爛洞，窗簾也爛了，不遮光。衞生間甚至床上都發現多衹大螞蟻。總之有點遺憾

The kids love the indoor pool

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. I encountered a distressing situation where a bug looks like cockroaches was flying in my room, and despite my attempts to address the issue, I faced significant challenges. I called the front desk twice without receiving any response. Upon going to the lobby, I found the staff engaged in casual conversation with a lady. After explaining my predicament, I was assured that someone would be sent to assist me. Regrettably, I waited for the entire night, and no assistance arrived. This prolonged delay left me feeling scared and frustrated. As someone with a phobia of insects, the presence of the bug in my room made it impossible for me to sleep until 5 am. I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively. A simple solution, such as changing my room if the cleaning staff was unavailable, could have greatly improved my experience. Unfortunately, no such alternative was offered. I understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, but I believe it’s essential for the hotel to address and resolve them promptly to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent such instances in the future.

The locations is great, hotel always very clean, staff amazing and 10 minutes from VA

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean They are in the process of some renovations but was still good and quiet.

The hotel was under renovations. Carpets need to be replaced and the shower head in the room was loose.

Staff were extremely nice! They provided us with dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and lotion! Instead of cheap stuff!! Overall great experience!!

Very nice hotel currently under renovation. Room was large. The bed was too high thus making it difficult to get on it. Being just 5’ tall I needed help getting in! Step stools need to be made available for shorter and older people. The free breakfast was very good. Stall very friendly.

To pay $275 for this room as a complete rip off! The hotel is not being renovated and kept up. Hall carpets are filthy and stained. The beds make noise everytime you move. The extra security latch on the door was broken

The staff from the time I checked in and throughout my stay were wonderful. Always had a smile for me when I came through the lobby. At the time of this review this facility was in the process of a remodel. And yet, they were still able to make my stay comfortable.

The staff were INCREDIBLY nice (the breakfast manager, the person at the front desk at night and the person at the front desk in the day). Everyone was so personable. I have never encountered that. It was great. The breakfast was also lovely. Great room. Clean. Pool was nice.

Construction was underway so access to the hotel was a bit confusing and hallway carpets were in very poor condition. Room itself was very good and the staff were excellent.

This property is currently under construction, and the front desk is closed. We arrived after dark and had to follow the signs to check in at the business center in the middle of the first floor. There was no one attending the station and we had to wait for him to arrive. Once checked in, we found that he'd given us the wrong room that missing the second bed. When we went back to get the correct room, the desk was again unmanned and we had to wait for him to come back. Check in overall took at least 45 minutes while we were tired and genuinely feeling unsafe in the space.
