升級了客房，景色還是不錯的。性價比還可以。

飯店位置優越，方便前往旅遊景點，但如果您不喜歡附近道路上此起彼伏的喇叭聲（在印度，恐怕根本無法完全避免這種噪音），那麼這裡會比較吵鬧。晚上10:30到早上8點之間噪音會有所緩解。火車（就在飯店門口）會呼嘯而過，但不頻繁；遠處能聽到船隻引擎的聲音，不過畢竟飯店位於河上😅。有些晚上，船上會像個派對船（如果有活動，就會有震耳欲聾的迪斯可音樂，而且會持續到很晚）。有一晚噪音在晚上9點左右就停止了，但另一晚卻持續到很晚；如果您的房間靠近酒吧，可能會比較吵，不過我戴著耳塞，所以感覺還好。最惱人的噪音，說出來你可能不信，竟然是人們在走廊上大聲喧嘩或交談。房間是三星級的，沒有保險箱可以存放護照、現金、銀行卡等物品。枕頭、床單和地板的清潔度也不太好。由於清潔人員沒有及時補充，我必須自己從走廊拿些日用品。總之，短暫的停留或許會是個不錯的體驗，例如住一晚。我很滿意這次經歷，儘管有些不足，但我可能還是會推薦它作為獨特的體驗，住一兩晚即可。早餐很棒，可以欣賞美麗的河景，氣氛也很輕鬆愜意。

Good hotel !!

フーグリー川に浮かぶ船のようなホテルで部屋から川が見えたり船が行き交ったり非日常的な空間でした。朝のビュッフェはどれも美味しく満足しました。

Из плюсов: удобное расположение, интересный дизайн, красивый вид из ресторана. Минусы: за 3 ночи в этом отеле у меня ни разу в номере не убрались и не поменяли полотенца; горячей воды нет, из душа течет слегка теплая, а учитывая, что я находилась в отеле в зимнее время это вызвало большой дискомфорт; кондиционеры предназначены для охлаждения помещения, а не для обогрева поэтому номере было холодно всегда; на завтраки не было кофе и выбор блюд был достаточно скудный. Также я приехала на 2 часа раньше стандартного времени для заселения и за то чтобы заселиться на два часа раньте с меня взяли стоимость номера за сутки, что тоже было не очень приятно.

A excellent staycation. It's a wonderful start. Each and every corner of this property unique. We today surprised by the housekeeping. The way they decorated my room and this thing make my stay more comfortable. I would like to mention Sunny housekeeper, he tried his best to give us a best experience of Flotel. Staying here is equivalent to stay in a ship. You can feel this experience here.

The experience of the traditional boat ride from Polo Flotel was just awesome, the complete arrangements were absolutely perfect. And I must say about the behaviour of the staffs, they all are very friendly and helpful, specially SONA and Dipankar, the guys are really good,they helped me very much and made our day truly special…🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much ❤️

It was a blissful experience at the polo flotal. Being a flotal at the banks of hooghly river makes the view from the room a scenic and exceptional experience also the restaurant at the deck of the flotal adds the value to the morning breakfast with the cool breeze from the river. Also the service and suggestions from Devendra at the restaurant, Souman at the front desk and the guy at the reception made the experience even a more pleasant one.

Great atmosphere with amezing view, room service little slow and food was expensive. Location is good, room is small and clean but little problem facing 4 person not staying together,................,...............................

A good place. I had a pleasant stay and shall surely return. Rooms are well appointed and the maintenance is good. The restaurant food is good. The staff to be particularly noted include Sunny (hospitality), Dipto (reservation) and Rohit (office). They made my stay enjoyable. One problem I faced was with the two chairs in the room ( study and easy). They looked nice but turned out to be very uncomfortable. Sunny saved the situation by providing with their replacements.
