Worst hotel ever. I was kicked out of hotel in the middle of a hurricane bc the manager doesn’t didn’t like me after she accused me of having a cat that I do not have and am also healthy allergic to. She even called my cell phone after watching me leave. Charged my card for bogus charges. All I can say is RUN!! I have had to take legal action. You will be better off making the trip to Helen, GA where the true souther hospitality is. But you won’t find it here.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The employees were nice and responsive. Our coffee pot did not work but was replaced immediately. A nonworking light was not repaired but it did not may have required new parts.

Nice staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Located near many restaurants and a few gas stations. Not far from some amazing waterfalls and parks. There is parking in the rear of the hotel that most seem to not know about. Front parking is small and tight. Entrance is a little challenging to navigate.

The staff are always so sweet. I usually check in in the later hours and they are always so friendly and helpful. The property is well lit and it's close to everything you might need. We love staying here

The hotel was clean enough but we were hit by a musty, funky smell as we entered the hotel and it permeated throughout. Now the breakfast…The sign outside the building promoted a “Great breakfast!” What a joke. Apparently there is only hot food on the weekend, and we were there on a Monday. In addition, it would seem that the early bird gets to eat at this place, and if you arrive AN HOUR before the end of breakfast hours, you get the crumbs. There was half a bagel and three pieces of bread by the toaster, 2 bananas and 3 clementines. a few yogurts, 2 Little Debbie oatmeal cream pies, 2 muffins, mostly empty sugar-cereal containers, and some make-your-own waffles. More people came in after us and there was literally no food. We could see additional food off in the employee kitchen, but apparently they had put out the allotted amount for the day. It was utterly ridiculous.

Would not recommend to anyone. Things can be improved, but the owner does not make that a priority. Example- personal safety- side entrance (key required) did not close. Owner said that’s okay because we have cameras. Great! The footage can help identify who took me from the property. Another personal safety- The owner admitted that he had not done ANY BACKGROUND CHECK on the front desk clerk. His reason was it was too hard to find people. The clerk has the ability to make room keys. Unclean! When I should the owner the dirt/dust from the AC vent. He responded he has only been here FOUR YEARS and is working to make things better I was rooting for the owner but everything I brought up, he only offered an excuse and discount. The only redeeming quality of this property is Victoria. She is amazing.

Hotel supplied room with dirty bed sheets that were stained from others previous stays. Bathroom towels stained. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Room has bad smell. Door to room drags and looked like it was damaged previously and not properly fixed. Chairs people carved on that should have been thrown away. Paint chipping off walls. Carpets all through the building look dirty and not cleaned for a long time. Hotel staff will go in your room with out permission. They say they cleaned it but they do not.. Had personal items on the bed and staff messed with it. Reused dirty bedsheets and towels.. cleaning means NEW not items that were used. They will go in your room even if you do not request them to go in it to do anything. Front desk staff is are rude. Manager is never available or around. Nanager does not return phone calls. Front desk staff does not resolve issues they will read you a paper that you sign when you check in they are not responsible for any missing or stolen items. Hotel is more like a run down motel. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The maintenance and cleaning could do a better job! Black mold and mildew around bars in shower. The refrigerator had standing water that was leaking into cabinet and didn’t work. There was a smell in the room, possibly from refrigerator issue. The metal bases for the beds were very noisy. The hallway needed to be vacuumed. The staff checking us in and out were friendly!

Everything I paid for besides breakfast they didn’t have or it didn’t work properly and was dirty. When I found a empty bottle of shampoo and conditioner from the motel I took it up front they said sorry here you go with new ones

We arrived at 3am to a hot room that smelled like cigarette smoke. It had a pile of hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast, at 8am the next day, was very slim. In terms of fruit, only one banana was out in the basket. Would not stay here again.

Overall the experience was pleasant. The beds were neat, the room was nice, checkin was good, but the floors were not. The floor was nasty, as if it had never been washed or moped. It stained my bare feet as well as ruined a pair of socks. EVERYTHING ELSE was clean.

The water in the shower was not hot enough they need to clean the rooms better the floors were dirty, the rugs had crumbs and the air conditioner was not working in the room and my opinion I will not stay at that hotel they need to clean the rooms And the bathrooms better.

I booked this hotel because it advertised a fitness center, however that was a lie. There was no fitness center at the hotel at all. The hotel also advertises a money back guarantee if the stay is not satisfactory, that was also a lie. I addressed this problem with the hotel during my stay and they refused to offer accomadations or refund my money. The man at the front desk told me that the fitness center was only advertised on *********** and I should have checked the site for accurate information. This was another lie. The hotel website advertises a fitness center, as does the brochure that is ON THEIR FRONT DESK. He also told me that the fitness center was closed due to Covid. I was honestly surprised by the boldness of this lie. I had already checked the property every single room was clearly labeled and there was no fitness center at the hotel, there never was.

I had to ring the bell twice as well as say "Hello?" twice before any one came to check me in. The room was hot and stale. A layer of dust covered the furniture and light fixtures. The shower/tub and shower curtain were stained. The 3 sad towels were small and thin. The bed was uncomfortable and made noise with the slightest of movements.
