倫敦璞富騰酒店

BoTree is one of the best I have stayed by far in London. You are greeted by the friendliest team from the guest relations to the concierge and even the bartenders. They all left me a lasting impression and I will be back definitely! Special shout out to Bam, the best guest relations officer I have met. Thank you Marco and Simone from the concierge team as well. They are the best persons to go to if you need good suggestions to go in London.

大堂挺美，客房非常普通，前台態度友善但不專業和不熟悉流程，鑒於我的兩個訂單是分開的，他們第二天以為我沒有出現而罰款，前台員工不知道如何解決。不值得這個價錢，建議去東倫敦的 Curio Collection。 The lobby is beautiful however the guest rooms are very basic, the front desk is friendly but not professional and unfamiliar with the process. In view of the fact that my two orders are separate, they thought I didn't show up the next day and were fined, and the front desk staff didn't know how to solve it. It's not worth the price. It's recommended to go to Curio Collection in East London.

商務出差選了這家酒店，體驗感超棒！無線網絡穩定，服務人員還會隨時幫忙解決問題。位置也很好，周邊吃飯、出行都很方便，以後出差就鎖定這兒了。

一圈酒店住下來唯一一個提供兩雙拖鞋和免簽化粧棉的酒店。就在Adlgate地鐵站邊上，非常方便。唯一美中不足的是大床的兩個單人床拼的，睡到中間有個縫隙很不舒服，希望像這種拼接床上面搞一個乳膠墊

這個酒店沒得說。下次去還會入住，服務和位置一流，衛生程度非常好👍

酒店位置超級好，離幾個著名景點都很近，步行可到。 中間逛累了能隨時回來休息。英國酒店整體房價都不是很大，預訂前有心理準備的話會覺得這家酒店非常的棒！工作人員很友好，善良且熱心。讓我們這次旅行體感非常的好～～

位置絕佳，在Lancaster gate和paddington 車站中間，離兩個站步行距離都衹有5分鐘，出門就是海德公園和肯辛頓公園，步行可至白金漢宮。服務麼，就是中規中矩的五星級酒店，畢竟價格擺在那裡，不過説每天給我放2瓶瓶裝水第二天就忘了放。牙膏牙刷梳子記得找前台要。酒店早餐我覺得太貴了，沒買，對面就有咖啡館，用一份酒店早餐的錢2個人能吃到正宗英式早餐了，妥妥的過日子小能手。

我們有一個驚喜,因爲房間比預期的要大得多,比同類別的大多數倫敦酒店都要大得多。位置很棒,工作人員很友好和樂於助人。總的來說,我們度過了愉快的時光。

一個晚上跳閘了三次，跳閘後房間電話打不給前台，下去一樓大堂找人也沒人值守，最後在攜程找了電話幾經周折才聯繫到人來解決。懷疑給了個壞房間，洗手盆下水很慢，洗手盆的水大部分都是燙手的熱水，洗澡的水龍頭熱水冷水忽冷忽熱。
