真是個糟糕透頂的地方！我預訂了兩晚，如果我早點到，我絕對不會忍受這不幸的一晚！ 8號房－房間裡瀰漫著一股難聞的下水道臭味，水槽裂了，牆壁和窗簾都很髒，天花板和牆壁上還有潮濕的痕跡，浴室門都腐爛了，水壺又髒又不衛生，燈具和插座都碎了，床單和鼾聲上還有煙頭燙的痕跡，整晚都聽到其他客人的電視和鼾聲，淋浴也壞了。更糟的是，他們居然告訴我第二天才能換房間！但他們卻允許我獨自一人到其他客人的房間洗澡！先是1號房，但是沒有熱水；然後是27號房，水壓也很低！簡直難以置信，他們居然允許我去其他客人的房間！這些房間的狀況和7號房一樣糟糕！這個地方太可怕了！千萬別去！

After reading some pretty awful reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel considering the price we paid and the star rating advertised. The only downside was no side lamp in the room and there were rips in the net curtains. Other than that, the bed linen was clean and the bathroom was cleaned to an ok standard. Not fantastic but adequate for one nights stay.

We stayed for 3 nights, Sept 2022, we stayed in room 1. Dirty, old, worn, radiator looked dangerous. water in the sink and shower came out just as a dribble, you could hardly brush your teeth. Breakfast was basic but OK. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Stayed here as visiting London for the Queens lying in state. Not familiar with London as mainly stay up north other than coming down for days for Wembley finals. This place is great! May have had a refurb in 2022 as previous reviews dont seem to add up to our stay. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff lovely. Ample parking. Breakfast fantastic buffet and good quality. Hot options and cereal. Clean and plentiful tables. Staff very friendly and reception manned most hours of the day. Clean bed linen and towels. 10 minute walk to the nearest tube. 5 minutes to bars and shops and literally over the road to a 24 hour Maccies if arriving back from town v late. Fuel station also opposite. Easy to find. Literally turn left off after the North Circular road. Clean quiet comfortable. Will definitely use this place again now weve found somewhere clean comfortable and reasonable just outside the city. London just got a lot easier for us to visit.

After being scared by some of the reviews I'd read I was pleasantly surprised. It's not a five star hotel, but I didn't pay for a five star! Bedrooms were clean, the bathrooms could've done with some tlc, discoloured grout etc but nothing major You do only get one pillow per person on the bed which isn't ideal, and I could've done with a face towel. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were helpful.

Avoid! Camping in a tent would have been an upgrade. If environmental health came here, this place would be closed down in a second. Pro’s: ⁃ Once we complained, we were moved to another room which was slightly better. ⁃ Toast and bacon was nice enough. ⁃ Reception staff were very helpful Cons: ⁃ they are overcharging people for a place that has toilets that don’t work properly, unsecured windows so anyone could break in, wallpaper hanging off the walls, a broken bed to sleep on, one pillow which was thinner than paper, dirty stained carpets which looked like it had never seen a hoover, and bedding was covered in stains on both beds! Screws and nails left on the floor! ⁃ Flies and moths were in the room when we got there too. ⁃ We got accused of lying about the broken bed and how it wasn’t like it before we came, even though we filmed the room as soon as we came in. ⁃ No air con or fan to cool the room at all. ⁃ Plug sockets are dangerously broken 😡 ⁃ The place overall is scruffy, outdated and unhygienic. ⁃ It says in reception ‘no refunds’ and no wonder why, they’d go bankrupt if they did! ⁃ Better off getting McDonald’s breakfast across the road. The mushrooms looked like they crawled out of a can. (aside from bacon and toast) ⁃ For a hotel that has at least 50/60 rooms, there is only 10 tables for breakfast, no cutlery other than a fork and you have to share one kettle with all other visitors at breakfast, which you can imagine how long that takes The skip outside looked cleaner… Not worth £80 for the night… wouldn’t stay here again if it was my last choice. This is worse than a budget hostel.

What can I say! After reading the reviews I was dreading staying at the hotel! Most of the reviews are correct but it depends on your expectations and how long you are staying. We stayed for one night and used it as a base for an 02 event and was only in the room to sleep. Elizabeth line had several disruptions which caused travel issues. Now for the room… Pros - bedding was clean, towels were clean and toilet and sinks also. It had been hoovered and furniture surface was clean. Cups still had coffee stains and had ti be washed. Room was warm Negatives - wallpaper hanging off in reception. Walls in the bedroom were dirty with marks and spilt hot drink marks. Didn’t have the base for the kettle which was an issue at midnight when you realised. They did provide hot water for our pot noodles! Beds were lumpy. Hair dryer didn’t work and curtains wouldn’t close properly as they weren’t hung properly. Electric cables would be a worry if you were staying with young children. Bathroom was Clean but did have mould and the whole place needs a refurb. Didn’t have breakfast as we woke up late and chose to go to macdonald which is over the road. Definitely not worth the money and would not stay again. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website. They must have 1 perfect room for photos only.

Stayed for 3 nights. On arrival to the hotel i met a very unsteady gentleman who was having difficulty pulling open the push open main door to the hotel... After helping him enter i went to reception to check in and a photocopy of my driving licence taken. Overpowering smell when i entered the room. Curtains were not long/wide enough for windows. Radiator was stone cold. The room came with a portable heater. This was plugged in the whole time i was in the room. Bathroom was very tiny, so much that the toilet was fitted at an angle so you could sit down but even then i could still wash my face whilst having a wee. Shower head was tiny. TV remote not the correct one for the tv so spent the first night watching Dave as i coulndt turn over, then found a button on the back of the tv! Staff were freindly and very helpful when the resident living there came back from work at 0430 for the second night running talking very loudly on his phone. He didnt do it on the third night but the really creeky floors woke me instead Spent the whole time in the room in bed with the heater on. So bloody cold and super excited to leave. I stayed for business reasons. I would not pay out of my own pocket to stay here

Terrible. Check in was slow with a grumpy man behind the desk. Demanding photo ID, from here I knew it was going to be bad. The room was dirty, they clearly have no cleaners or if they do they are visually impaired. Bed sheets had stains, shower was mouldy, carpet was wet. It sounded like a train went past every time someone walked down the corridor, not great at 2am, 3:30am and 4am. Check out was the best part. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
