The worst hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are dirty and dusty, there is no care taken of them and no luggage transportation services. I had to carry my own bags when entering and exiting. The refrigerator does not work. I filed a complaint from the first day I entered the hotel until the last day, they did not solve the problem. The price is very exaggerated compared to the service and care of the rooms. The air conditioning is bad, the curtains are worn out and dirty. The only thing that distinguishes is the size of the room. I will not repeat the experience again. Advice

位置很好，就在national gallery旁邊，chinatown也在旁邊。房間也挺不錯的，很大

房間不大，但是足夠舒適便捷，功能也齊全。服務相比之下，不是那麼熱情，但也夠用。最大亮點在地理位置，國家畫廊、中國城、piccadilly circles都很近，超市、美食都方便！

地理位置不錯，離唐人街近，幹什麼都很方便。推薦！早餐也不錯，不過每天都是一樣的english breakfast。

住了四晚，單獨出行，房間給的是同層面積稍小的一個，但是地理位置很好，方便逛國家美術館和晚上西區各劇院看音樂劇…離中國城很近找吃的也方便…總體還算不錯了

酒店位置方便 但大家有心理準備，尤其是亞洲租客，酒店50五樓以上是沒有冷氣房提供，所以他們會把亞洲租客安排5樓以上房間，酒店房間是冇雪櫃提供，水壓不足，冲涼花花灑出水不足，但酒店早餐算多選擇，但酒店不值呢個價錢。尤其Wi-Fi完全𣎴掂。下次－定不會選擇

一切都好，尤其是地理位置，走兩步就到中國城。但是熱水器壞了兩次，電梯住的幾天都壞了一個（一共兩台）

房間床有點臟，被套有污漬，其他的都挺好的，位置也不錯，比較推薦
