Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heeft een verscheidenheid aan keuzes. Er is een heerlijk witbier Pittinger Hefeweissbier in de supermarkt-spar aan de linkerkant van het hotel, 0,79 euro per blikje （0,50 liter）, een bad nemen met de L'occitane douchegel die door het hotel wordt verstrekt en drinken bier om vermoeidheid te verlichten. Op 10 minuten lopen van het hotel en op 900 meter afstand van het hotel, is er een `´New Shanghai Restaurant`` （Novi Šanghai） waar u kunt genieten van zeer authentiek Chinees eten tegen een goedkope prijs. I stayed at this hotel in room 116 check in by Nina and Ervin both very polite friendly and professional the room was immaculate breakfast is very good quality multiple choices food in the restaurant is also very good staff are very pleasant and helpful Erwin the manager is exceptionally helpful and informative for him nothing is too much trouble he ensures the guests enjoy their stay for him nothing is impossible my stay was first class there are some shops close to the hotel and a good bus service to the city about 10 minutes they can also arrange a shuttle service to the hotel from the airport which is much cheaper than a taxi l would certainly come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others you will not be disappointed.

價格合理的私人房間旅館。適合短暫停留。很乾淨snd離盧布爾雅那市中心不太遠。我唯一的問題是其他客人很吵,snd不尊重安靜的時間規則在走廊大聲說話直到深夜。牀也不是一張大牀,上面列出了兩張單人牀墊,所以我只能睡在一邊。

Great hotel - it’s a shame that the staff let it down. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel to let them know that we would be arriving after check-in had closed (at 10pm). They were very helpful and provided us with instructions to enter the property by ourselves using an app. When we arrived, we managed to get into the lobby (using the app), but the room key we were given was different than the one we were told on the phone and email. As a result, we were unable to enter our assigned room. Assuming that our room number had been changed, we tried the key in the door that matched the new number (as there were no staff or guests around, and no one was answering the phone or emails). It opened and revealed a couple, asleep, inside. Obviously, we were mortified that we had disturbed the hotel guests, and also terrified that we would have to sleep in the hotel lobby until check-in opened at 6am. After about an hour of searching around the lobby for clues about who to contact, we knocked on some private doors. Thankfully, a man came out and used a master key to let us in. It was clear that we had woken him up (by this point it was 2am). Again, we were sorry to have done so, but were left with no choice. After we had successfully entered our room, I sent an email to the front desk letting them know what had just happened and that we would like them to apologise (on our behalf) to the guests and staff we woke up. They never replied. In fact, every time we mentioned it, the staff member made excuses like “I wasn’t there so I don’t have anything to do with it” and “the guy who organised the late check-in was training so he made a mistake”. There was absolutely nothing in the way of an apology or compensation for the mix-up until we checked out and it was already too late. We would like the hotel to know that mistakes are bound to happen, so it is imperative that they have a back-up (emergency number or night staff) for guests who have been given the wrong room key. In addition, since we had been travelling for a while, we were running out of clothes and needed to do a load of laundry. We followed the instructions for the housekeeping staff to collect our laundry but found that when we had returned to the hotel, the laundry had not been done and the room had not been made up. When we went downstairs to inform the staff of this, we were told “housekeeping doesn’t go back to rooms to clean them after you took off the do not disturb sign, I’ve worked in lots of hotels and this is always the policy”. This member of staff eventually helped us find an laundromat, but the contempt with which we were spoken to was unacceptable and uncaring of the fact that we, too, have plenty of experience in the hotel industry as customers. An apology would have sufficed. Overall, it was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Just make sure you’re okay with passive aggressive communication before you book.

Awesome stay here for 4 nights. Our group occupied 3 of the apartments on the 2nd floor and were all very happy. Receptionist Nina extremely friendly and helpful. Beds a bit hard but great pillows. Great showers. Decor gloriously old. Bakery and mini mart just over the bridge. Easy walk to everywhere in the city. Restaurants all around.

簡直就是我能想象到的最好的酒店體驗。不僅地理位置完美,房間舒適,很乾淨,而且樓下有華麗的屋頂游泳池和甲板,還有一家很棒的餐廳。在房間的價格是超值早餐(至少美國標準)。我們不敢相信我們得到了一個服務員坐下來的早餐,與房間的價格。這真是相當的享受。除了便利設施,我們處於一個有點粘性的情況,前台工作人員幫助我們克服了一切。他們是如此的善良和友好,我們感到完全被照顧。我對這家旅館和在那裏工作的人說不出足夠的好話。一流的!

Good choice for one night sleeping in the quiet, nice, beautiful neighbourhood of Ljubljana. Must say this is our first time in any hostel. Simple clean room, not happy that it was downstairs, like basement, with specific smell, but it was the matter of price and it was ok for one night sleeping.Lovely staff....kind and polite...excellent way of dealing with free parking on the street( thay pay parking ticket for you if there is no place in their backyard).Big surprise was great breakfast!

L'hotel si presenta bene, per qualità materiali e struttura (letto e doccia da 10 e lode) peraltro in posizione fantastica direttamente sul canale. Il bagno è molto confortevole Ma ... sia il bagno che la camera sono ciechi (in tutto non più di 15 mq) e se aggiungiamo che la camera , doppia , è più piccola della camera di un traghetto, questa soluzione può andar bene se di transito e per non più di una notte. Aggiungo l'aspetto più IMPORTANTE. La struttura è stata selezionata con filtro ”colazione inclusa” , e l'applucazione lo estrae e propone ma direi ... in modo fuorviante, in quanto prevista come servizio a pagamento al ”modico” prezzo di €20,00 a persona (eravamo in 6!). A mio avviso trattandosi di un H4stelle il fatto che esista possibilità di colazione sarebbe scontato e non dovrebbe comparire tra le offerte ”colazione inclusa” Ultima segnalazione. Non esiste DEPOSITO BAGAGLI, lasciati nella hall praticamente all'ingresso. Personale gentile e accogliente. Hotel pretenzioso, che crea aspettative ... in parte ”deluse”
