酒店不錯，乾淨整潔，就是稍有老舊了，跟美國很多酒店差不多。空調開了很冷，直接對着床吹冷風，不開又會悶。不過升級到最高樓層，感謝酒店！

酒店非常老，設施舊，入住期間，可能因為人工貴，沒有人打掃，洗澡一定要關上浴室的門，否則煙感器會叫，太敏感，攜程和酒店沒有溝通好，我提前給攜程付了款，酒店就説沒有收到，要收住宿費，為此搞了兩天才搞定，如果英語不行，不知道怎麼弄，不愉快的入住體驗。

房間又小又暗，設施陳舊，服務基本沒有。老空調噪音很大。

區別對待客戶，華人的房間疫情期間不方便打掃房間，但其他房間可以打掃。有下水道小飛蟲。水需要下樓自己拿。前台無人帶口罩。
Treat customers differently. It is not convenient to clean Chinese rooms during the epidemic, but other rooms can be cleaned. There are sewer bugs. You need to go downstairs and get the water yourself. No one wore masks at the front desk.

it is one of the oldest and dirtiest hostels in California. and be careful, friends, because parking will cost you the same as a night's stay in a hotel. $36 fee for the parking lot with the strong narrow entrance where you can damage your car. When checking in, no one tells you that there is a parking fee. Before checking out, someone put a $72 bill under the door for 2 nights of parking. for brekfast you have to pay $30 for an adult and $14 for a child. very disappointed. I will never visit this hotel again.

I reserved a room for one night, but my stay was less than ideal. The air conditioning unit sounded as if there was a helicopter hovering in the room, making it quite difficult to rest comfortably. Unfortunately, I was too exhausted to request a room change. Moreover, the mattress was far from comfortable, and I woke up with a persistent backache.
Despite these inconveniences, my primary goal was to get some much-needed sleep after a long drive. However, the most disappointing part of my stay was when I took a shower and noticed what appeared to be a stain on the towel. This compelled me to share my experience.
On a positive note, I must commend the customer service, which was quite good.
