Accueil horrible par le gérant, il a cherché à nous joindre car il voulait savoir où nous étions alors que l’accueil fermait 45 minutes après notre arrivée. Il nous a dit que nous serions ces derniers clients expédia, il a voulu la même carte bancaire que celle qui a servi à payer en ligne, a aussi pris en photo la carte bancaire. Les douches sont pas pratiques, seulement 3 minutes d’eau chaude puis il faut sortir pour appuyer sur le bouton d’eau chaude. Le voisin dans sa tente à côté de notre cabine était à 30 cm. Pas possible de stocker à manger dans les chambres, pas de climatisation, pas de TV, chaussures interdites dans la cabine. Très contraignant et peu pratique.

The rooms are cozy and spacious. The common areas were always kept clean and there were many different areas to gather outside of the bedroom. The workers were nice and very helpful with anything you may need while you’re there. I would recommend this to anyone traveling in a large group, camping or just a quick get away. There were many different accommodation options that would fit anyone’s needs.

Horrible. Rooms are sheds, with paper thin walls. ‘ Facilities’ are an unlit walk away. ‘Do Not’ notifies everywhere with CCTV in evidence, Little more than camping, at budget hotel pricing We spent 2 days- low point of our hols in a beautiful environment

Positives: The location was fabulous and enough parking. We thought that the variety of cabins and tent/caravan accessibility is a great asset to the accommodation. The hosts were very lovely, welcoming and accommodating with suggestions. Beds were comfy and well made. It was a quiet area. Negatives: There was an air-conditioner in the cabin and it cooled down the main living area however it did not reach the bedroom, which was well needed on the night we stayed.

Nice spot very close to the township of Coromandel but VERY EXPENSIVE for a powered site. Mostly consists of cabins and motel units. Kitchen and lounge average..Outside eating area really scruffy and tired and did t like only one of the 2 bathrooms being open (unisex) considering the facility was full of people.

Lovely accomodating people. We hadnt booked so stopped on the off-chance. Shelley managed to give us a lovely motel unit. Loved it so much we extended another night with ease. It was fantastically clean with lovely comfy beds and rooms. We wanted to stay another night but the motel side was fully booked so switched to the budget side of this accommodation. It was just as lovely as the motel with good clean kitchen facilities and bathrooms. We had a cabin with the same comfy beds as the motel and was perfectly fine for us. We were sad to leave when it was time to go home. Easy walking distance to the town centre and restaurants if you didnt feel like cooking. Shelley and Kelvin were happy to point you in the right direction for tourist info if you needed it too. Would definately come again :)

We stayed in the room only, which has the smallest double bed and only two small pillows. There is one powerpoint outlet in the room, and the walls are paperthin. Other guests were extremely loud on both nights - firstly, in the outdoor communal area after 10pm, drinking and playing games, but also in their rooms. We could hear other people talking, playing games and snoring in the night. The bathroom facilities were clean and showers had hot water, but unfortunately you couldn't even sleep at this place.

We only stayed here one night. Was able to get a last minute booking in a storm and had a comfortable night's sleep in one of the pods. The owner was very friendly. Facilities were more than adequate, hot showers and a functional shared kitchen. The outside dining area was very nice and the cat is very friendly

the motel owner is ****** for us brown people we need appointment to book in even thou the booking site tell you your booking time requires everyone to be at motel to get all the room key’s even thou all rooms are booked under one person

Got a bad first impression with the owner from the start, she was rude and very loud. It looked like a nice clean place to stay, until we stepped into the unit and there was black hair over almost everything including the towels and even the milk provided! That was a small enough problem for our group to move on from, until we were getting ready the next morning and as I was half naked the owner, without notice, walks through the house replacing our towels with just as equally hairy towels. Complete invasion of privacy in my opinion and completely inappropriate behaviour as it was 9am and I had just gotten out of the shower with a stranger marching through our unit. Very rude customer service as well and talked down to our group whenever we had an interaction with her. Also I did not appreciate getting woken up at 7.30am every morning of our stay to the owner shouting whilst strolling around the premises at other paying customers. Our group felt monitored and controlled the entire time of our stay. We ended up having the curtains closed and the door locked at all times for the rest of our stay there as we weren’t sure when she would next barge in. Was a very poor experience considering we were there to relax and enjoy the new year. Felt like I was 13 and monitored/ in trouble with my parents again. Felt uncomfortable, uneasy and unimpressed with the whole experience. Will not be returning.
