Fantastic hotel unfortunately we was only there for one night staff brilliant I’ll give it five stars 

Disappointed specially with restaurant waiters more intrested in preparing breakfast than serving dinner guests, didnt even improve when we complained, and in breakfast you have to ask for everything very poorly filled up specially juces and such, rooms were much better and frendly staff there .

Hotel ubicado dentro de un campo de golf en plena naturaleza por lo que la zona es ideal para descansar Habitaciones muy clásicas, algo antiguo pero con lo justo para estar unos días . Disponen de terraza , con vistas al campo de golf y palmerales El baño con bañera y todos los accesorios necesarios Caja fuerte de pago que para un hotel de 4 estrellas lo veo ridículo Buena piscina para los que no quieran ir a la playa que está lejos Parking incluido en el hotel En cuanto a la ubicación decir , que a las afueras de la urbanización toda la restauración es a nivel británico y para disponer de restaurantes españoles hay que ir a la zona más cercana a la playa que ya está retirado como a 5 km La nota negativa se la doy al personal de recepción , lo mismo que ir a correos a recoger una carta . Ningún tipo de empatía y nada acogedores y sin ninguna explicación de nada Por este personal no volvería . En cambio las kellys encantadoras y atentas y trabajando sin parar

Recomiendo al cien por cien. Acabamos de alojarnos en este hotel y es impresionante un sitio idílico y tranquilo . Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas igual las almohadas algo blandas ,el baño muy limpio y no le falta detalle ,ña gente súper amable y atentos a cualquier necesidad, la piscina grande ,limpia y muy bien atendida por el socorrista y el desayuno es impresionante sin duda volveré.

Al final no fuimos por no aceptar alojamiento con Mascota y fuimos obligados ha cojer otro alojamiento por otra via .............................................................................................................

I played golf on the hotel course on October 13th we played at 12 midday and paid €83 each 3 of us, we went into the clubhouse to pay , the receptionist was barely interested in us as she was talking a phone call while serving us, I had played this course around 20 years earlier and had good memories of it , unfortunately I no longer anything other than bad memories, we got to the first tee we all teed off, when we got to the green we found out why every other course in the area was fully booked but this course had space, the greens were completely unusable the extent of the disease in the greens was complete, wherever you would land on the green you were faced with a put through potholes, if we were told about the state of the greens before we played we would not of gone out there but they should of said something to us even though it would risk us pulling out, I took pictures to illustrate what I am saying, they must of run out of money, they certainly will if it continues in this state, I will never play this course every again ( wast of time and money)

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and the room itself was clean and tidy but small things were problems. The safe was broken and the TV had plenty of channels but English ones didn't work. Staff were pleasant but reception didn't do much English so sorting problems was a problem.breakfasts were OK. The pool didn't have good access as to get to it was down a grass slope to leaf covered steps which were slippy. Very sad looking area to quite a nice pool. No information in rooms about anything in hotel or near by

Stayed in a junior suite for 3 nights whilst visiting family. Beautiful views of the golf course from our balcony. Room clean and comfortable. Only had breakfast in the restaurant and it was perfectly acceptable but could have been improved as did run out of things which weren’t replaced. Staff were polite. Pool looked lovely but too cold for us at this time of year! We had a problem with our bill payment as went through twice and we only noticed on return home but the hotel quickly sorted this. We will definitely use again

We stayed at Campoamor hotel and it was a great stay at hotel breakfast a mile better than previous stays cooked fresh for each person and great spread of fruit great service, room comfortable and clean we stayed at Campoamor as a base to play golf and it worked out well with several top class courses in a short driving distance, we all agreed the hotel was better than our previous stays and would return

Tranquil location and a place with a lot of potential. Food was good in the restaurant but bit expensive. Had better breakfasts in 4-star hotels. Some staff very friendly, others could improve. The set up of the hotel is great but it definitely need some upgrading to be a 4 or 5 star hotel again

Brilliant hotel. We needed a hotel in the villamartin area as we were on a house hunting mission. The location was ideal. You need a car or taxis if you aren’t there for the golf as it is quite far from everywhere. The hotel is lovely. It is quite dated but as a base it was great. It is immaculately clean and so is the room. We stayed in room 202 and it overlooked the front of the hotel (it was a twin). The bathroom was modern with a tonne of consumables in case you forgot anything (including toothbrush / comb / sponge etc etc). I used a makeup wipe and the next day the housekeeping had noticed and replaced it which I thought was excellent attention to detail. The room also had a mini bar (stocked) / small fridge. The downside to the hotel is the lack of information anywhere! Not even a hotel manual in the room nor a QR code linking you to anything. We hadn’t booked breakfast and nor could we find the price anywhere. There’s no minibar price list (we had a Fanta and it was only €2.50) even though it isn’t expensive. There wasn’t a map anywhere either explaining what was where in the grounds, nor a list to explain what time things open and close. The information needs improving! The outdoor pool is huge with grass rather than tiles around it which is nice. It was really quiet even though we were there in August. Plenty of parking for those hiring a car. The on-site restaurant / bar is really reasonable. A bottle of nice wine and two big bottles of water was only €14. Great hotel for the price but they need to provide more guest information!

Firstly, we booked a double only to be given 2 singles beds. We went to reception where the receptionist was grumpy, rude and extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The room was on the first floor and the hotel has NO lifts which made it uncomfortable to have to carry suitcases upstairs in 38oC heat. The internet was intermittent for our 2 day stay and when it did work returned between 1 -3 mbps. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, it is a 2 star at best. The finishings in the room were dated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was extremely poor and the female staff grumpy. Overall, very disappointing stay and would not return.
