This is my family’s favorite hotel to stay at in this area. I also stay here for business. NICOLE, the manager, is the best ever! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. She truly cares for her customers and it shows!

We stayed at this place on our trip to Gatlinburg. The staff were terrific - easy checkin and great service at breakfast. Our room was just ok and a bit dated. And cleanliness was a concern, with hair on our shower. Our bed was fairly comfortable but my pillow smelled of BO. Overall not sure we would stay here again.

This is a great Hilton Garden Inn! Very up to date and well managed property. Rooms are very nice and breakfast was awesome! Employees were very friendly and accommodating! Was told it is going to be updated but doesn’t need it! Up to date electrical for all your devices!

Room was clean and everyone was so sweet. The bartender was wonderful and the bourbon selection is amazing. The gentleman that was cleaning the lobby was the best. He opened the elevator for me when I was walking up to it. He grabbed extra towels for us as well. Super polite and professional. All employees were. Husband stays for business and I tag along. Cannot beat the location.

Such a wonderful stay, very spacious rooms. The cleanliness is impeccable. Staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is very close to interstate, restaurants, shopping, and University. Only negatives is takes awhile for water to get hot, and the shower curtains. If in Knoxville this will be my hotel of choice.

This is a classic HGI. Very clean, friendly staff, everything worked. And the breakfast was great! The food was delicious and the lady handling the service was excellent. Also, the TV in the room was huge with a great picture. We will definitely plan on this being a regular stop on our travels.

We are Hilton Garden fans. However, the hotel experience has degraded. Rooms are more expensive than ever and service is far below prepandemic levels. With that in mind, I appreciate the smallest showings of true service. Unfortunately, we didn’t see that at this hotel. Just mediocre. Rooms appear clean but are not. The layers of dust on the bathroom door was telling. It was also disappointing that the windows do not open at all. Just a wall of claustrophobic glass and zero ventilation. Won’t be staying here again.
