這是一個很棒的地方。這是我的第二次旅行和住宿。

I like the quiet of the hotel. The large issue I have was that I picked this hotel out of all the others because it had a bar/restaurant listed..LOL!! We went to the restaurant to eat one night and the lady told me all she was doing were fries, wings and chicken fingers.. that's what y'all call a restaurant?!? So we had to get in the car ( which we were not palnning to do) to find something to eat. Very disappointed.

I searched explicitly for an EV charger at a hotel near Knoxville, and there are few -- maybe 4 in total. The prior trip here, I used a free charger (8kw) at a downtown parking lot that was a few blocks from my hotel. This time, I searched for EV charger on property, and the Hilton Garden Inn at Cedar Bluff claimed to have one. DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR AN EV CHARGER. It is a single plug Blink model, 6.7 kw (WEAK) and it costs $0.53 per kwhr (EXPENSIVE). In a hotel that already cost almost $200 per night!!! I ended up driving to a Tesla charger 3 miles away. Do yourself a favor, book near Tesla at a cheaper hotel and walk across the street. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Note to Hilton: Get with the program and build chargers at every single hotel. And make them free. The $20-30 expense for a crap charger that many cities offer for free is damaging your brand. Your system will loose several hotel stays from me due to this poor experience. And I have learned that Hilton cannot be trusted to properly and correctly describe and represent its EV amenities.

Very friendly and quick check in service. The hotel itself is dated and could use a refresh.

Another great stay at this location. Have stayed here many times and always happy. Feels like home. As we checked in Friday, December 22, afternoon the young lady at front desk, Chanelle greeted us with a smile on her face. She really made us feel welcome and started our stay on the perfect note. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Will always stay here when visiting the Knoxville area.

Staff very rude. After reporting to desk and maid no towels or shampoo still could not get room serviced.

This is a classic HGI. Very clean, friendly staff, everything worked. And the breakfast was great! The food was delicious and the lady handling the service was excellent. Also, the TV in the room was huge with a great picture. We will definitely plan on this being a regular stop on our travels.

We are Hilton Garden fans. However, the hotel experience has degraded. Rooms are more expensive than ever and service is far below prepandemic levels. With that in mind, I appreciate the smallest showings of true service. Unfortunately, we didn’t see that at this hotel. Just mediocre. Rooms appear clean but are not. The layers of dust on the bathroom door was telling. It was also disappointing that the windows do not open at all. Just a wall of claustrophobic glass and zero ventilation. Won’t be staying here again.

Great staff….friendly, helpful folks that desire to make one’s stay as nice as possible. I was offered a couple of bottles of water,for the road, at checkout. A cheery come see us again sendoff. We loved the cooked to order breakfast too! Orlando whipped up a couple of excellent omelets from the kitchen and we were served plenty of hot coffee. Again, friendly service! Our room was clean and quiet; public spaces were decorated nicely, well lit and welcoming.

We will definitely stay here again when in Knoxville. The staff were superb! Different varieties of restaurants around, beside and behind the hotel not to mention the ones inside. Highly recommend.

We choose to stay at Garden Inns whenever they are available in or near our destination. Because the hotels are well located and clean and the have a restaurant on site. Last Saturday night when we inquired about the restaurant hours, the desk clerk assured that their “good cook” was on duty and we would enjoy our dinner. We invited our son and grandson to have dinner with us only to learn when they arrived that the menu was limited to wings and fries. In addition, they had allowed people to bring in catered food and let them basically take over the dining room.

This is a Mixed review from a diamond member. Hotel was clean but dated it definitely needs some TLC. Carpet is worn, wet spots in bathroom, grungy caulk around shower. The pillows are terrible they go flat as soon as your head touches it. (I had to use 3). The mattresses are firm but we were ok with that. There is no FREE breakfast- it’s $10 - if you’re a diamond member you can get the points OR the $10 which you can use toward the breakfast. The terrace on the 2nd floor was a nice quiet place to enjoy a drink or read a book. There is a grill available for use and outdoor seating area. The hotel has meeting rooms available and it was used twice during our stay. The parking lot was so full from 6-9 that the paying customers had to park next door. Hilton should designate that customers get the hotel parking and those coming in for their meetings should park elsewhere. We had to go out and move our vehicle back into the parking lot about 9:30. There are many other hotels near this area that are newer, cleaner, offer better parking and free breakfast and cheaper. We will use our $ wisely and stay somewhere else next time.

Our famlly gathered in Knoxville for a wedding and we stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was a wonderful stay and we did not want to leave. Abby, Nicole and the rest of the staff were wonderful, treated us like family and anticipated our needs. Did they exceed what expected? Absolutely! And they treated our 91 year old mom like gold. The hotel has really good and comfortable gathering spaces. Really good food!

Ms Robbin at the front desk provided us with exceptional customer service. She made checking in easy and pleasant. It was almost midnight when we arrived but she still had a smile on her face. Keep up the great work Ma’am and thank you for honoring Veterans!!
