房間很乾凈，早餐是熱乎乎的，沒有一次性🪥和拖鞋

房間小了點但是很乾凈，自己可以買來自己燒，位置挺好，周圍都是商鋪和吃的可以逛，樓層挺高，可以看風景！

Amazing service from Joanne and Janet! Made us all feel welcome and made our 2 week stay here. Kind and friendly always talking time to check in on how our day was . Cannot praise them enough , they are a testament to true customer service and will definitely look forward to staying again!

Very nice Premier inn, have travelled to many in my job. Have to give this a review as i must say one of the nicest and friendliest I have found. Been a pleasure talking to Joanne past couple days on breakfast always smiling and chatty also made sure my room was cleaned and gave me fresh towels. Breakfast was 5/5 didn't have dinner but will be trying next time. Great job people.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The service was excellent, couldn’t fault anything. The staff (Shannah, Alison & Lucy) were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was good and quick service. The hotel was within walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants so a great location. All in all a good nights stay.

We were promised interconnecting rooms on the phone and was constantly reassured. When we arrived the staff were friendly but the rooms had been booked on different floors we had no choice but to go with an accessible room (to be on the same floor) with only one bed and one family room. This was hugely frustrating as we had four small children. The car park is v overpriced and not mentioned on the website that we had to pre book for discount with the hotel. The breakfast was very average. Staff were not interested in helping and very limited choice. Asked for vegan sausages but they said we do not do them anymore. Not good vegetarian options. Overall hugely disappointing. As regular premier inn customers, we were left very upset.

Nice clean rooms with multiple sockets, very friendly staff who are happy to help. Beds are great, very comfortable and will consider purchasing a mattress for myself. Handy for the town and metro link as all a few minutes walk away. Car parking in a Qpark and you can get a discount at reception.

The five star review I’ve given is entirely based on the exceptional kindness and service Sianah provided. Without her stepping in to assist in resolving an issue (which was caused by something entirely not of her making and out of her control) this review would have been a two or three stars. But the speed and friendliness with which Sianah got my stay back on track was marvellous!

Great hotel, central location, clean comfortable room, friendly and efficient service. The downside - if you use the free WiFi your personal data will be collected and passed to a third party called Purple. You will receive an email encouraging you to log into an account with Purple so you can 'access and control the data we hold on you'. This intrusive and sinister practice spoiled my experience of an otherwise excellent hotel.

We had a great stay at the Bury Premier. Jenna provided us a warm welcome on arrival and again provided great service alongside Shianah on our dinner. They had a lot on their plate doing both reception and restaurant but were really well organised and attentive to everyone else throughout. We often travel from Scotland to Manchester and we would definitely choose to stay again.

Room was clean Bathroom clean Suitable room for accessibility Bed not the comfiest, I've had comfier beds at other premier inns. Pillows were okay. Duvet was good. TV was in a weird place in this room to the far right when laying on the bed. Amenities were good. There were left over pyjamas in the room from previous guests. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Breakfast is pricey so didn't eat there. Parking is expensive.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at bury premier inn. The service was superb and the staff were very polite, happy and helpful. Alison, Darrell, Lucy and Adam really made our evening one to remember. Alison especially was very lovely and attentive!

We called in at the last minute and got seated immediately by Alison who was so friendly . Food was superb , served fast and thoroughly tasty. Definitely recommend the Gammon and the Chicken Makhani , both came as a decent portion. Staff were excellent ! A big thanks to Darrell, Lucy and Adam the chef. Family of four , very happy
