優雅飯店(Elegant Hotel)

L'hôtel étant presque vide (basse saison), nous avons été upgradé dans la "suite présidentielle". Il s'agit d'une très grande chambre qui fait tout le 3eme étage. Lumière traversante : lever du soleil d'un côté de la chambre et coucher du soleil de l'autre côté. Belle piscine, personnel de salle très compétent et aimable, literie de qualité, ... et les massages proposés par l'hôtel sont juste incroyables (25 eur/heure environ...a faire absolument). Les prix pratiqués par le restaurant sont très raisonnables. Possibilités de payer par carte de crédit, ce qui est rare au Sri Lanka.

Amazing place to stay, views of sunset and sunrise from the room. Fortunate to get the President room and was big in size but main benefit was the 360 degree view simply stunning. Hotel staff great. Food was tailored more Western style however was great quality. It was nice to be a few miles out of the chaos of Kandy and would love to return one day, Great stay.

This is one of the best-serviced hotels we've stayed in. We felt very welcome from the start. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, which was spacious and offered a great view from the balcony. The outdoor area, including a clean and inviting pool, was well-maintained. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery, perfect for enjoying both sunsets and sunrises. The restaurant was charming, with outstanding food and service, and the live band in the evening added a nice touch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even better. Breakfast was delicious, and it was a treat to start the day in the beautiful garden. We highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're in the Kandy area! Such a peaceful and relaxing stay, just the tonic after a few days in Colombo. Staff are incredibly welcoming and always willing to chat or offer advice. Upgrade to the Presidential suite was very welcome and allows a 360 degree view of the whole area. Love to come back some day

The hotel was amazing, from the service of friendly staff, great food, and fantastic views and pool area. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean and spacious. We loved our stay here! We even got serenaded at dinner one night by a 2 piece band.

L'Elegant Hotel fait partie de ces établissements où le plaisir d'être là est ressenti à peine arrivé ! Le lieu est particulièrement élégant : une belle demeure cossue surplombe la campagne environnante, accompagnée d'une belle piscine. Le lieu, situé très à l'écart de la ville, est calme et apaisant. Le personnel est attentif et souriant. Une excellente adresse !

What a amazing location. Set high on the hill top the views are breathtakingly beautiful. We were upgraded to the Presidential room so had a 360 view of the sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are all so polite and helpful. On our last evening the chef prepared a delicious Sri Lanka curry. Mouth watering. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every second. Will definitely will come back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

The owner built this property and his pride is reflected in the attitude and care taken by staff, which is fantastic. For example, we we asked about posting postcards, and they just took them to the nearest post office for us by tuk tuk. Food is simple but beautifully prepared, and dinner is accompanied by local musicians. We stayed in the Presidential suite which has views of both sunrise and sunset in the hill country. We both had a massage here which was excellent and good value. The setting is relaxing but away from the bustle of Kandy, although close enough for a day tour of this interesting city which the hotel can arrange at a good price.
